Great TV Great Price!
I had to get help to get it out of the box and with the initial set up, only because this is my first Smart TV. I have since added apps on my own. The picture is beautiful and the sound is sharp. 58" was the perfect size for my living room and the price (on sale) was literally a steal!

It took some getting used to the remote control very different from most other TVs I have purchased but still once I figured it out it's wonderful

Open at the back issue - .no screw to close it.
Got the tv in working order, however, the back of the tv's covering is open and even try to press them gently to close - but it won't. No screw and don't know how to fix it. It's nice tv overall, other than that issue.

Disappointing audio
Disappointing audio - 5/10 stars "Everything else about this TV is average, but the sound quality is a huge letdown. It sounds very weak and 'tinny.' I expected more from this brand. It's a 5/10 for me because the audio experience ruins the rest."

Not enough HDMI ports. I have a fire box, a Spectrum box %26 a surround sound.. this tv on has 2 hdmi ports.

You Get What You Pay For
You cannot keep the color accurate for all channels. Some channels the faces are white as snow and other channels they are orange as Trump. 👎

Damaged when shipped
When the tv arrived the box was open. When I removed the tv the screen was cracked. The shippers FedEx must have dropped it and looked inside to see what broke. The driver didn’t ring the doorbell. They just left the opened box leaning against our wall. I’m have a terrible time trying to return it through Walmart. They said they would send me an email with a barcode to tape on the box so FedEx can pick it up. It’s been 48 hours and I haven’t received it yet. HELP!

Samsung TV 58inch
The quality of the picture is horrible! No matter what we do or what settings we changed it to, the quality never got better. i always use Samsung TVs but i am very disappointed in this one. will be returning it n buying a better Samsung quality.

TheScreen was broken. I scheduled a return via fedex pickup and they never showed up. Meanwhile Walmart still has my money. I have spent too much time and energy trying to return this tv. Beyond frustrated.
