I was excited to buy because it's my first Samsung TV. But I've had the TV less than a month and have had it randomly lose partial sound and the picture get color distortion. The only way I have fixed it is to turn the tv off for a minute to get the TV to go back to normal.

my tv look refurbished the box had been open before and the screen is cracked this is not how i like things done this is to expensive to just give customers like that in other words the tv is nor working

I ordered this tv from Walmart online. It arrived with a factory defect. There was an indentation at the top middle of the screen, which was hardly noticeable until you turned on the tv. There was also a bubble of sorts about 10” into the screen around the indentation. I returned the tv %26 ordered a replacement of the same. The second tv arrived with a cracked screen. The crack was not visible until you turned on the tv. There was no picture, just a crack all the way across the screen. The crack looked eerie, like it was bleeding or leaking, and was of a greenish color. Neither box was damaged leading me to believe both were factory defects on brand new TVs. My husband wants to try a replacement one more time. I really want to be done with this brand. We are seniors %26 it is not easy to keep lifting on these TVs to get them in place only to have to take them back down %26 pack them back up. Not happy.

it was broken. Nobody will listen to me. I called about you replacing it and you told me it would be here tomorrow and I just found out you cancelled the order. I guess I'll get it from Best Buy. I really want to do business with you. Both of you are the same price but you are forcing me to buy from them. I don't understand.

Instant regret. The picture quality is horrible, much worse than an Amazon Fire TV I bought a few years ago. But my biggest issue is that Samsung forces you into downloading unnecessary apps, create an unnecessary account, and tries to deceive you into singing up with a cable provider through them. The set up took FOREVER and I had to give them everything short of my medical records. Just got the TV yesterday and already thinking of selling it and getting another Amazon Fire. Regretting this purchase so much.

It's too bad they won't allow you to give zero star ratings. I haven't had this television for a month yet, and I've already had my second service call today. They're telling me they need to reschedule another appointment for next week because they can't figure out what's happening with the screen, which appears to be separating from the frame. I've spoken with Samsung directly, and I'm not happy with them either. They keep having me send photos in and do screen sharing, but they can't seem to get it together. So, I'm considering returning the television because it's become too much of a hassle.

Samsung tvs are trash now. They used to be the best, but that is no longer true. I will never purchase another, as the setup is ridiculously complicated. I used to hookup game systems to it with ease, but now it doesnt wanna recognize them. Buy something else, and dont waste your time on Samsung, or you will be sorry

the volume went out the first week. it did end up coming back on, but the next week the picture went out. it continues to come back on but still had problems periodically.

The TV came with a damaged screen and to game FedEx pick it up free to return, I was given a timeframe of 9am to 7pm today. It’s currently 5:40pm %26 I still haven’t received a call.
