Absolutely mind blowing value for money. That was the number one thing I saw constantly when looking up reviews for this thing. The picture clarity is awesome. The flexibility of it being a smart TV and all the ways you can intersect with peripherals and other electronics. My only downside is admittedly the max sound is not terribly loud. Even at 100. But it’s perfectly fine for my bedroom I wouldn’t need any more. For someone using this in your living room or to entertain people I would recommend get a stereo and hook it up. I gaurantee this TV can hook into it through WiFi and just control it through your phone. The ability to control all of the TVs features through an app on your phone is convenience I have never known . Picture doesn’t do it justice by the way it’s actually huge that ottoman is about 5 feet long

This tv is so beautiful and I’ve wanted it for so long. I love it! I’m happy I was patient and got exactly what I wanted. I was shopping around for tvs and almost decided to go with something cheaper, however, I decided quality over quantity. Chile, the quality is outstanding. It’s so beautiful and honestly, you might be stuck in the house watching tv for a few weeks after this purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this tv, I was looking for something easy to use was able to set it up and watch in minutes! The 65 inch is perfect for my living room I see things in movies with this tv that I never noticed before on my old one and it was a 48 inch what a difference with the 65. For the price don’t wait you can’t beat this tv. I ordered online Thursday night and it was delivered Friday afternoon fast service

My first Samsung crystal UHD smart tv purchase was an 85” purchased mid 2021 and I loved it! I have never splurged on tv’s, I could never reason with buying brand new reputable brand vs. a yard sale find or hammy down. Following my divorce in 2021, i decided to get myself, a nice, much deserved, celebration gift… my 85” was that! I didn’t realize how much I was missing until I purchased my 85” Samsung (same tv as this but bigger) it was the mere effortless ease of setting up , to the updating and the programming… without needing a man to help… fast forward to 2024, I am moving and decided to get another tv to temporarily use as my living room tv until I get around to pulling my 85” out of storage. So I needed something smaller in diameter, something I can move on my own from my car to my new living room and unbox without help…just something to keep my 2 young boys content for the time being. I honestly wasn’t looking for anything spectacular.. however, it just so happened that the weekend of my move (around Presidents’ Day) Walmart had a special on the very same Samsung tv in 65” (this one) $397, over $200 off, so I snatched it and just finishing moving and unpacking and setting it all up on my own. It was literally a breeze! The setup was even easier then 2021 85” tv. Literally do it all thru mobile app and QR code. I also had no issue moving from car to house and unpacking, and I’m a petite 5 ft even! NUTSHELL: absolutely worth it! Worth it whether on sale or not! …. Get it!

I have purchased 2 of these TV's. Let me preface by saying if you want to buy this TV, please go pick it up in person, DO NOT have it shipped to your home. The first one I had shipped to my home and it came damaged. I went through the return process and it was flawless, I'd received all of my payment back, but you're risking damage to the device after Walmart ships it. I then repurchased the TV in store and brought it home myself and it was absolutely perfect, if you're looking for a great TV with great res for the price, I immediately suggest it! (picture to show both perfect and damaged product attached) Takeaways: 1. I would not suggest buying the TV online and having it SHIPPED to you. Too much room for error and damage. Not anyone's fault, it could have happened at any point (at the manufacturer, at the store, on the delivery truck, etc.) 2. This is an amazing TV for the price, I highly suggest it. Has great features, sound, and picture. 3. The UI is typical Samsung so if you're coming from their other products, you'll feel right at home. Coming from a Samsung TV background, I love it and I can't wait for another 10 years of reliability. 4. If you buy it online and ship it, I wish you all the best. But even if you don't ship it, and it still comes damaged, you have nothing to worry about. Returning/refunding the product is super easy and simple and everyone is willing to work with you! I hope this helped, but I wanted to shed insight to this item because of the reviews. Damaged product doesn't mean bad product! Worst thing that can happen is you need to return it :)

Looks so beautiful, very quality picture with good brightness, good sound and quick menu, for this money very good tv, I order with delivery to door and everything was cool, new tv without damage, I understand that tv with more expensive price more better, but this is good offer.

The TV itself is fantastic. But I insist anyone that is trying to get the TV delivered , don’t . Tv was delivered broken to my house. I would recommend Walmart to package the TVs better since the box for TVs today are meant to come apart easy, so shipping the TV without additional packing will end up damaged since FedEx and UPS Stack boxes while shipping . Please consider pick up instead of Delivery.

I specifically chatted with someone that was suppose to let me know when you guys were coming. I didn't receive a call and yall left a big 65 inch on the porch. It hailed and stormed that was horrible. If you would have followed my instructions my TV would have been in my garage and not let on the porch.

I was so excited to receive my new tv, it was a Christmas present from my parents. We go through removing the old, unpacking the new and getting it into place. Just to find out that the whole thing is just trash! Then when I called the helpline they couldn’t send a new one to replace it, they wanted me to use my warranty instead of replacing it. I was not about to use my warranty on a brand new purchase. Needless to say we had to wait for 7 days to get a refund. Not a good experience.

Black line down screen on day 20 days after purchasing. A not so customer focused customer service employee was sure to let me know that the return policy states on my receipt a 15-day return for electronics.... There are missing features from the settings. I assume this is a walmart special. so you can not even access all the troubleshooting features samsung asks you to complete for troubleshooting. samsung customer service was slow and difficult to deal with for the warranty. they are finally honering the warranty and sending a full refund after their driver picks up the old tv. overall, over a month and a half, and we are still working to resolve this claim. I will not purchase major electronics from walmart again. poor quality
