Anji installation process was a nightmare. Took 3 separate trips and installers to complete. Issues were not related to our home, but lack of experience/ability of installers.

Great price and fast shipping on this gorgeous Frame TV! We did have to hire professional installers (mostly so we had the peace of mind it was hung correctly, and also because it was being mounted on brick and we didn't have any room for error). We just moved in and haven't really sat down to watch TV yet, but the art it is displaying is just so cool and a nice focal point of our living room. We love the slim, almost-flush mount look and the internet connected so easily! Highly recommend!

The seller responded and answered all my questions. Item shipped out quickly after purchase but was slow to be delivered as it is shipped by a freight company. Item arrived in new condition in unopened box. The delivery team placed it in room of choice and tested it to ensure it was in working order. Great purchase! Thanks!

Only few days since I started to use, but its nice so far, the best thing I like (besides the fact its a huge screen) is the navigation and controls speed, remote controller is tiny and easy to use, and only your local internet speed is the limit for your input. It was very easy to install and get it working btw.

The TV arrived in the delivery window. The boxing was solid and the TV came in with no scratches or dings. The unit works great and I could not imagine a prettier TV in the world.

Bought this TV for my new house after separating from an ex, who had previously purchased the older version, and we used it at our house prior to break up. I loved it so much and had to have it at my own place. My son and I got it in the house and began unboxing following the instructions. The box had a few spots of visible damage but I hoped all the styrofoam would have protected it. We lifted it out and placed on a blanket, put legs on, stood it up and removed the padded cover and saw the ridiculous amount of cracks in the screen. The frame was damaged as well. It looked like they literally threw it around during shipping and handling. We were really excited to get it set up. Had to box it back up to prepare for return. Walmart then sent a notification that they can’t arrange a fedex pickup for some reason. Took my son and I forever to unbox then box it up and load in my car. Now have to take it to the store. I’d rather purchase at the store and not have to deal with this again. So much time and effort wasted.

Purchased this television on July 16th from walmart.com, which is already defective. See the MASSIVE purple bar running from top to bottom on the screen. I called Samsung and started working through the repair process. Here's the kicker. The Samsung tech support said the serial number for my TV had a manufacturing date of over two years before my purchase. Samsung rightly pointed out that Walmart had the TV sitting in a warehouse in unknown conditions. I took the TV back to Walmart and guess what they said. We only accept TV returns for fifteen days, and we recommend trying the walmart.com service line to see if they can do anything. Walmart.com says there's nothing they can do. So my $1400 TV lasted about 90 days and is an absolute lemon. DO NOT BUY HIGHER END TVs from WALMART or WALMART.COM

T V doesn't work as advertised. Will not download the program to put codes into the universal remote control, so I can control my satellite box. Finally got it on the wall and plugged it.In this morning, work like a champ. Turn off the television at eleven o'clock. Turn the t v on again at twelve thirty. Now, I can't control the satellite box channel changing. also, i have lost the ability to keep the picture in standard mode. It keeps going to eco mode, which looks completely different. keeps changing back to eco mode without my input. I need to exchange it for another t.V.

Payed way too much for this tv only to get a messed up remote. Wouldn't charge with the solar panel on back. The panel itself SHATTERED after falling off the coffee table. Like less than 2 feet on carpet! Picture is what I'd expect for this kinda money, but its not mindblowing. And you can only use the art feature if you subscribe to the art store. Again, already paid way too much. Certain apps cause the internet connectivity to drop altogether while streaming. And this didn't bug me, but it might bug you: You have to connect a box the size of a VCR to the tv in order to connect ANYTHING ELSE.

The Frame is an excellent product. Walmart's customer service, on the other hand, is despicable. Ordered this TV on Sunday and arrived on Thursday, was very excited because we are hosting a party this weekend. They charged the credit card for the TV immediately. It arrived and the box was obviously damaged. The delivery driver knew this, as his "delivery photo" was just a picture of our driveway. When we opened the box, the TV had been egregious mishandled and was cracked on the back, the screen, damage everywhere. Things happen, but what is unacceptable is Walmart's solution. I now have a window of "9 am to 6 pm" the following Monday that I have to wait for FedEx to pick up the item for return. Furthermore, the only option was a refund and it will take 3 WEEKS for them to refund the money to the credit card, so we will have to wait all that time before we can even order another TV from somewhere else that cares about their customers unlike Walmart. This is more expensive right now at Costco but it is so worth it to go through them because they actually treat their customers right. Spend a couple hundred more to avoid this disaster and support a respectable business.
