The to was easy to install and fit on the wall bracket. Setting up for so easy, it picked up my sky box as well as the Xbox and fire stick. Some many features that I have yet to explore but from what I have used the user experience has been brilliant.

This TV is sooo overpriced for what you get ridiculously heavy, super cumbersome and with a ridiculously tedious interface. I would definitely not recommend buying this and absolutely not recommend buying it or any other major electronic device whatsoever from Walmart because although they advertise that it’s 100% fully refundable with a 30 day moneyback guarantee it took me hours today interacting with their customer service to get them to agree to pick up the TV and then to get them to narrow down the timeframe that I needed to be on standby for the company to come and pick it up to be reduced from five business days to them finally giving a specific day and not giving a timeframe but committing to having FedEx call me prior to coming to pick up the TV so both Walmart and Samsung fail because the picture quality is not bad and it is better for looking at artwork than a standard TV but not $1000 better and I have not yet checked out the brand Hisense, but it gets much higher reviews on Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy, which I only realized after I purchased this is between three and $400 cheaper, depending on who you buy it from and comes with a magnetic frame which really should be included in all of these our TVs since in order for it to actually look like framed art on the wall it would require a frame and I understand not including the Best frame, but like the other company, I mentioned, and another one that I can’t remember the name of, but that’s rated as highly as Samsung with Hisense being the one that is read highest well, the other two other than Samsung include a base frame so that the very least right out of the box you can have a complete set up and the fact that Samsung charges more and is rated lower than one and the same as the other and really only becomes non-tedious to use when you plug-in a Roku, which I don’t know the exact going rate for a Roku these days, but the one that I’m using is one I’ve had for a few years and I think I paid $30 for it so I don’t know it’s just a little embarrassing for a company to sell a TV for $1000 that a three year-old $30 Roku is required to make it non-tedious to use.

Hello, My Samsung The Frame 65” TV arrived with visible damage to the outer box. The package is still unopened, as I do not feel confident checking the condition of the TV inside. For this reason, I would like to request a return and refund. Thank you.

I can not answer about quality since I have not received my TV. Regardless of when I do receive it two facts are clear and unacceptable. First I was notified by the shipper that it would be deliverd on August 16 and wasted the entire day waiting for something that was not coming. Second and even more disturbing is that my item was deliverd to and has been sitting in the Tampa distribution cerner for NINE days.
