Superb detail and clarity whatever we watched Seriously smooth on motion and action shots The Colours are crisp and vibrant, the blacks are deep and defined and even the audio was a surprise out of the box…. Forget about the expensive sound bar Lots of features and functions….. possibly too many at times to get your head around at first The only negative for me is the standard (full button) remote that is smaller than my old one and sits too low now in the hand for you to easily access the navigation buttons with your thumb that used to be higher up on and easily accessible on the older remotes

Great TV for our family room! Shipping was very quick and delivery person was kind enough to bring large and heavy box inside entryway of house because my husband was not home. Super easy set up with Wi-Fi for an older not tech-savvy couple! Great picture quality and paired SO easily with our Samsung Q-Sympony soundbar.

Researched TVs at Consumer Reports and Walmart had availability, best price and free, quick delivery.

TV arrived damaged. Returned the next day. 5 people on 4 different days have told me the replacement would be shipped within 24 hours and I would receive tracking info. The last person told me it would be 7 days. I don't believe anything they tell me now. The only people I can talk to are in Pakistan. Worst Experience Ever

Fedx driver dropped my TV out of truck 10 days waiting for replacement still would not tell me when replacement would ship asked for refund instead CSR said she would send me refund instead sent me email cancelling replacement Walmart says they care about customers all they care about is their bottom line. I want my REFUND!!!

None the HDMI outlets work. Any device using HDMI outlet flashes on and off. Over $1000 for a TV and you can't even use a fire stick--pointless! And can't return after 30 days--didn't know. We were moving and left the TV in the box for about month and just recently got tv hooked up to internet. Now it doesn't work and $1069 wasted.

Price of same model $100.00 less two days after it's arrival, at WM site and everywhere else. It was advertised as a 'black Friday sale price when I bought it. This SHOULD qualify for a price match guarantee. Also small crack in case at bottom of the TV. Box it not appear to be damaged.

I happily received the TV, but I found that a large amount of pixels in the lower right corner of the screen were dead/scratched and not coming out. I can't watch TV in this condition, so I have no choice but to return.

Tv is good but just disappointing that i can't cast my other devices straight away to the tv eg watching netflix,neon etc. Works on other smart tv. I need to buy chromecast. I'm not talking about screen mirror as that's different from casting.
