for the TV itself it is an amazing TV this is my second one I now have two in my house I highly recommend the TV itself however I do not recommend buying it from Walmart the delivery company that they use is the cheapest in the industry with a one-star rating in the better Business bureau and a one-star rating on Google reviews there is no way to contact the driver you have to be at home to sign for it and it was 3 days late getting there so I had to take off work three additional days because they cannot tell you when they're going to arrive I guess that's what makes them so cheap so keep that in mind when you're shopping. Hopefully Walmart will see this review and change their delivery company from Ontrack to someone else.
I love this TV. 5 months later and I'm still loving it. Totally worth the price if you love movies like me ❤️
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the product for a week or so and still getting used to it, but will get there. The more I learn the better the experience.
The actual Walmart purchase process and delivery was flawless. I have owned previous Samsungs and have been very pleased, which is why I bought another one. I also checked Consumer Reports prior to purchasing and my model was highly-rated. I had the tv installed on the wall since it was large and it looks great. Setting up the tv was not fun! I’m not completely without skills but it’s almost like they purposely made it as difficult as possible. No manual came with the set, so you’re trying to figure out how to find and read the e-manual before it’s even set up. Samsung was pre-programmed on the Fox channel (!) and it literally took me a week to figure out how to make that disappear. The Samsung control is so “minimal” that it’s practically useless. No backlighting so good luck in the dark. Everything i was trying to program I googled using my Samsung model numbers. Not one thing had the same steps on the tv that were on the research. I’m pretty sure this is my last Samsung.
When I bought this TV, I clearly stated a particular day and time for it to be delivered, or if unable to, the be delayed and only delivered on a convenient day when I will be home. They went ahead and delivered it at their own time to my apartment complex. Luckily, a friend of mine was around to pick it up (since I close work at 7:00 PM and could only be back by 7:30 PM). Imagine that TV lying in front of my apartment complex door (no cameras) for hours? I was very unimpressed. Apartment from poor handling of the delivery, the TV is decent. I enjoy the speakers a lot and don't even have to connect a sound bar. For the graphics, it is decent but not as good as I thought it will be.
The S90D TV lost display after only 14 months of use and has turned into a very expensive Radio. Buy extra care warranty if you have got this TV because surely it cannot by only one TV they have manufactured with faulty screen. Gone are the days when TVs used to last life time.
arrived broken. nobody's fault stuff happens I understand that. I couldn't get a replacement though I had to take a refund so I just went out and bought the same TV somewhere else
I can't really make a comment on this TV because of the fact that I was sent a wrong TV. I asked for the s90d and they sent me an S90F wrong television
The item arrived broken. We paid an installer to come to our home and he unboxed to a unit that does not stay more than a couple minutes and automatically shuts off.
TV arrived damage. Seller requires TV to be in their possession before they will send out another. Still waiting on the replacement.
