I upgraded from a 10-year-old plasma tv so my experience with the 65” QN800A Samsung Neo QLED TV has been awesome. Amazing picture quality, the remote control is very chic, love the brightness. Please check the pictures I attached. Highly impressed with new features that are innovative and convenient for gaming. Such as multi-view and the auto-detect GameMode. The sound quality is perfect and I don't need to get a soundbar. The audio is smart and it is automatically adjusted based on the scene. In addition to hardware, the new design is really smart that doesn't need any extension. You can easily AirPlay your phone on TV, or watch any of the TV apps of your interest. Samsung TV is another benefit of this TV that you can watch several channels for free. Another feature that also made me really happy is that this large TV has a centered stand, which lets you fit it on any TV stand. I highly recommended it to all my family friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this for me as a gift, and I am blown away! I've never owned a tv this amazing. The picture is just fantastic, there aren't words to describe it. I keep inviting friends over to see it because I can't capture how clear the screen is with my phone camera. The large number of inputs is also a huge bonus. No more jostling around behind the tv to switch between game consoles. They can all stay plugged in! We have it hooked up to a soundbar and subwoofer which makes our room into a theater, but the tv's speakers themselves are great, which you don't often find in thin tv's. This tv also comes with apps for exercising, and background art that are pretty cool. The split screen features is awesome. I can't wait to learn more about this tv as time goes on. The clarity is just amazing, and the blacks are so black. I look forward to many hours spent in front of it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I love the brand. They have never done me wrong. A TV that works perfectly and it...is...beautiful! Very easy to setup. I used the SmartThings app from Samsung and hooking up everything was simple. After a few minutes I powered her up and was just floored. Big, beautiful display. I'm buying a new stereo to join this up and know that I'm future proofed (until next year). As for what we watch, we watch everything. I love the HDR on Netflix and the new animated movies look gorgeous. Sports on this big beast are awesome to watch (hook 'em). Playing the new Ratchet & Clank on the PS5 is like playing a Pixar game. The TV comes with brightness set all the way up, you're going to want to turn that down. Seriously, it was like staring at the sun. This is normal so just make the tweak to what looks good for you and yours. I really don't know what else to say. Get it already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv for playing xbox on. There is a gaming mode that adjusts the colors so that they look amazing. The screen is really big and playing 2 player games on the same screen is great. the stuff isn't squished together and is pretty easy to see everything. works great. I also went back and re-watched the whole Mandalorian series. It sounded amazing and looked even better that the first time I saw it. This tv is awesome and i am constantly fighting with my brother to see who gets to use it. The 2 player games we really like are Minecraft and Rocket League. On my old tv, Minecraft tended to be a little dark when exploring caves and stuff, but with this new tv, it's easy to see everything that is around and I have been able to get tons more loot than I ever did before. We also use the tv to watch sports. I am a huge hockey fan and love watching the Boston Bruins. We have been watching all of the regular season games and are looking forward to the playoffs that are starting this weekend. The whole family gathers around the tv with some of our favorite appetizers and watches the game on the big screen. Its so much fun! I can't wait until football season so we can do it all again watching the Patriots! There are a ton of speakers on the tv too. They sound amazing. We can hear so much more of the hockey games, its amazing. Also, the creepy noised in minecraft are so much creepier wit this tv because it sounds so realistic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I am really impressed with my Samsung QN800A. The picture quality is amazing it's so vibrant and crystal clear. The directional sound is superb. Can't wait for 8k content to be more vastly available. The difference between 4k to 8k is not huge but it is noticeable. The 8k content looks amazing and so does 4k upscale.I really like all the features it has Samsung TV plus, object tracking sound and the infinity one design is superb. The bezel is barely noticeable which is great I like the simplistic minimal design. Not to mention no more messy cords with the one connect box. The response when navigating the apps is fast no lagging at all the Samsung smart system is very responsive. I like that the remote can either be charged via USB or solar I do however wish it was back-lit. The anti reflective screen is amazing. No more fighting for the perfect spot on the couch the movies look great from any angle. The only negative is my sound bar is not compatible however I'm looking forward to adding a q symphony one. I really cool feature I like is Samsung Health is built in. You simply connect a webcam to the TV to workout at home and join fitness classes without buying a dedicated device. No more gym membership. My family and I really love our TV and I'm sure everyone who gets one will love it too, highly recommend.

This TV is incredible - but if you are expecting to use the eARC functionality and/or pair this with the new Q950A Soundbar or any other Soundbar then don't buy this product. Huge number of users struggling on forums trying to use this TVs full audio capabilities with eARC and no response from Samsung. The 1* here is aimed solely at the broken eARC implementation which is a key feature of the 2021 lineup. If you have the new XBOX or PS5 you will not be able to experience the audio functions such as lossless DTS-X, Atmos, and multi channel LPCM if you are using a Soundbar. Picture wise this is an awesome TV. But Samsung seem to forget the ‘A' in AV and there's years worth of evidence of this on their forums. With ZERO contact or explanation from the company. Best of luck - if eARC is something you need, Sony have developed eARC which allows you to turn off CEC which is what this TV needs ASAP. I'm returning mine ASAP.

Bought 3 months ago, all the features are just "half-a-job" -Multiview doesnt do 2x hdmi -Multiview doesnt work for my PC (even in 1080p) -multiview only supports youtube app -artifacts everywhere during scrolling/panning video -game mode is a nightmare to get working -TV goes black randomly for several seconds while PC gaming -doesnt support casting from non-samsung devices -low bass distortion sounds like tv will fall apart -have to enter secret codes on menus to set region correctly -Tizen app store has maybe 3 apps of any use -microsoft365 web service connection instantly says "something went wrong" -voice assistant doesnt function properly -cant control TV from other devices via linked voice assistant -smartthings app just says TV is offline when its not -smartview of samsung phone is laggy and audio out of time -internet browser is a nightmare, needs a seperate keyboard and mouse to be of any use ....i'll be here all day if i keep going, need to get rid of this TV, its just not very good.

if i could possibly write a review to demonstrate the pain and anguish i went through while purchasing this tv and its subsequent return i would. however this experience has left me at loss for words

This TV was sent to me as a replacement for my QE55700 as that broke within 3 months of purchase. The replacement TV arrived and the one connect box has gone faulty within 24hours. The TV will no longer stay on for more than 20 mins. This is my 2nd Samsung 8K TV in 4 months. Never again.

Despite the advertising , this TV does NOT upscale or re-produce anything in 8k resolution. It is impossible to upscale SD or HD content to 8K.
