Picture is amazing: haven't seen anything problematic at all... Came with free wall mounting service: can't beat that!... Only complaints with the TV is they put 2 of the 3 HDMI ports (and the ethernet port, which is unused thanks to the Wi-Fi capability) at the back, facing rear-outward, and is an absolute pain to try to connect anything to them... only 1 (the ARC HDMI port), the 1 USB, and the 1 Coax connection are the ones which are side-facing and therefore easily accessible... Seriously, what a dumb design flaw! Also not thrilled that there's no owner's manual included -- part of Samsung's "Green Initiative" (as if there aren't MORE trees now than ever before) -- but to top off the idiocy, they don't even have a downloadable manual available for this yet!... How is that even possible?! LOL... Amazing picture quality though.
This tv is beautiful. The picture is perfect at everyangle. The pre-installed apps were helpful too. Very lightweight with plenty of plugs in the back for gaming systems. Wal-Mart had the best price
This TV is excellent value for money. It was on sale and well worth the money. The picture is crisp and bright. Sound quality is excellent and it was very easy to set up.
Everything as expected. Great picture. Had to adjust sound volume quite often. Purchased a sound bar for $50, hooked up with the HDMI Arc port and sound is now excellent.
It's great product, and we are enjoying it, better picture quality and perfect sound and good for a 2BHK apartment / living area.
Good value, nice picture and consistent interface with all my other Samsung devices. Like all these TVs, they benefit from a soundbar.
The television is as I expected really nice quality picture, etc. however, Walmart drops the ball every time I don't send you a receipt that everybody wants a receipt, not a work order or a sales order number and it's always a hassle down the road if something goes wrong, I also bought the extended warranty. There was no paperwork or receipt that came with it when they delivered it they need to update their procedures and make sure that the customer gets a receipt and the extended warranty papers. If they bought one the only thing I have is Walmart.
The TV is so smart, that it is extremely difficult to use. Very hard to find apps that you want to add. No reason to be so complicated. I have always liked Samsung TV's, and the picture is excellent, but the new models are not user friendly.
Do not buy a TV from Walmart with installation. I bought a TV and paid for installation. They dropped a 75" TV in my driveway and left. It wasn't until after it was delivery did they say installation would be done later. No one buys a TV with delivery and installation to be installed later. I never would have bought this from them if I knew this. I would have gone to Best Buy. All Walmart would tell me is that they are sorry. Awful.
What has happened to Samsung? Samsung had great 3D TVs for a while. That trend ended. Then Samsung had great curved TVs for a while. I've had both. The TV I'm replacing was a mid level 65" curved TV. I've had it for 8 years, and for the last 3 years, I have run it almost 24/7. It still has a beautiful picture. It's processor is just slowing down, and Samsung no longer supports it. I wanted to upgrade, and even though this 75" TV is a cheaper model, I thought the newer technology would make it a slight upgrade. Not even close. The image on this TV in all settings looked blurred and brightly washed out. The news showed a baseball game then FIFA, and the grass looked like a bright green blotch on both. The rest of the images looked overly exposed red. Then there was the lag issue. The description shows that it's refresh rate can be at 120 Hz. Later, I see that it only has a 60 Hz refresh rate. As for upscaling, that's an even bigger joke. Everything looks like a bloom and blur. The home screen and everything associated with the app page and controls, including the AI is a complete mess. Lastly, the remote control is supposed to be an upgrade from previous models. Luckily, I still have the lighted remote from my curved TV to use on this TV. This remote forces you to take extra steps to go to certain options and in closing out apps. Also, Samsung, in its infinite wisdom put the remote sensor on the TV to the far right, instead of directly in the center where it should be. We also hooked up a new PS5 to my system and the image on the screen looked like a horrible blurred bloom. If you are looking for a 75" television, stay away from this mess.
