So happy with this TV ! it is lightning fast (switching from app to app and opening apps). something my previous tv was not. And i’m simply mesmerized by the quality of the picture. So happy with this purchase and the delivery also!

The unit came in 5 days early which was unexpected but the driver was very helpful. I had a Samsung Q60 75" TV and it was a lot lighter. The carton weighed around 100 pounds and the instructions were just pictures. Be sure to set it where you have room toe set it up. The base was very heavy and unexpected compared to the previous TV. Aside from the weight the set up of the TV programing was a breeze using my phone and the picture is excellent. I hope this one lasts longer than the last one.I suggest getting the extended warranty just in case.

Great picture and perfect size for the great room

Took a chance on an open box item. Pleasantly surprised! Looked like a brand new item, just extra tape on the box. All accessories were still in original packaging and TV was in perfect condition. I used to own the curve 4K TV that was burned within 5 years. I hope this model holds it's live a little longer. Picture quality is great - color and image are crisp. eARC port works well. Sound is ok. Little to no heat emitted from the unit - so much different than the curve. Viewing angel is not much better than the curve TV so it is the downside. Overall for the price, it is a very affordable QLED with good Samsung quality. #sweepstakes

First the tv had terrible instructions. You had to have tiny fingers to get the screws in. Second there was no help setting up the tv. We are old and cannot lift the tv to place it on our fire place. After the obstacles we faced we like the tv. Great picture and great sound.

TV is a great product, very happy with unit. Problem is the vendor. Delivery was delayed, then vendor ghosted me. After calling Walmart customer service, who were fantastic at trying to find out where unit was, the TV was located in different area. Days later, without notification, the TV was dropped off at a neighborhood door and left. Carrier just dropped off and ran, leaving a 100 lb. unit sitting in the open at an unused entrance. There is a giant difference between Walmart delivery and their 3rd party delivery standards that should be addressed.

I've tried twice to order from two different Walmart stores near me per an associate recommendation. Was charged for it on my credit card and twice it was delayed. One store actually canceled my order. I called the local stores and found out that their photo department has been shut down for weeks. Why is the online ordering still functioning then?

This is a fair warning about Walmart.com and the type of customer service this company provides when you purchase a 75” TV. When you request to cancel/return/refund due to purchase not delivered when scheduled. They will lie to you about delivery, cancellation, return, and refunds. If you purchased a protection plan it will not get cancelled, so you can receive your refund. Allstate Protection Plan will also play the same game, so you will go over your 30 days this way they can refuse to refund you even when you have been attempting to cancel plan two weeks into your purchase. I recommend not to purchase anything that you cannot get from local store and definitely do not sign up for a protection plan. I placed my order number on Allstate Protection Plan/Trade Square website and my plan did not exist. How can a consumer cancel/refund when these companies make it impossible. They control sites to have technical issues or automated voice service to not understand when it hears you clearly. I did not use the TV so I cannot really provide a review and it is the reason for 3 stars in each category and 1 star overall. This review is all about the customer service from Walmart.com, Allstate Protection Plan and CEVA Logistics (RDU) if you’re in the NC area. This is to prevent any online shoppers from wasting you time.
