Samsung 7.5 cu. ft. Smart Dial Gas Dryer with FlexDryâ„¢ and Super Speed Dry DVG60A9900V

We have owned this unit (Flex Washer and Flex Dryer) since July 2023, and over the past two and a half years, it has performed flawlessly. We use both the Flex Washer and Flex Dryer about twice a week (twice each). While the build quality is superb, we've found that for larger loads we often have, the ECO dry mode can leave clothes slightly damp, so we always disable it. My only critique is that I cannot permanently turn off the ECO dry setting. The minimal energy savings don't outweigh the convenience of a fully dry load. Overall, it's a fantastic product.

While it is oversized and barely fits in my laundry room (I have a little room), it is well worth the loss of space. the smaller upper washer is great- it can be used to separate a smaller load that may need to be washed separately...While pricey, it is worth the extra bucks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is great and we use the flex dryer quite a bit for delicates and kids uniforms. Love the features and ability to set up smart notifications. Took a few uses to get some of the personalized settings down. Noticed for bulky bedding it was good to adjust the dryness function. Dryer would sometimes stop before fully dry but that is common with bulky stuff. Overall we have been very pleased and sure there are still some functions we we will like better as we get more used to all that is available.

I have no clue if I received a defective unit, but our dryer stopped heating after two days of use. It just stopped cold turkey. This was after the delivery company ruined numerous parts of my stairwell, hauling the unit upstairs. If they have to swap them out, I am going to lose my mind.

broke right after the 1 year warranty expired, due to faulty motor, samsung refuses to take care of it
