[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer arrived with a dent on the bottom and was extremely loud. I was able to get a repair team here the next day to fix it. That was amazing. For the record the issue was something that happened during shipping. Not Samsung's fault. It was OK for the next few weeks with some stuff still a little damp. I am not sure if a firmware update happened or it took the AI a few weeks to learn what I like, but over a few weeks the drying seemed to improve and it was adjusting the drying times less. It drys everything from small light loads to king size comforters well now. No issues at all. The only thing I wish I could change is the tune it plays when it is done. I get notifications on my phone, tablet, and Echo devices when it is done that I love. I would prefer to select my own tune or turn that off at the dryer. Besides that, I would buy this dryer again.

It has a lot of features, such as wrinkle remover cycle. The only thing that could improve this dryer would be if it could automatically load my dirty laundry from the hamper and start itself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer does everything but fold my clothes. It has some many ways to dry ordinary clothes that I didn't know there was that many. It's so quiet and I just love my Samsung OMG I didn't know until now my dryer door is reversible. I'm so glad because I have to hang over it to put the clothes in. Whoopee . I have now reversed the door (which was very easy) and tried three of the setting. Gosh I just love these two machines . I would have to say my favorite is the "Steam " cycle and it gets clothes so white. Actually there is another favorite of mine and it's just for towels to make them fluffy. Amazing machine

From the inside light and notifications when the dryer is down on my phone i am so in love. This is a must have its super smart, easy to use, and gets my close dry super fast. I think the only con is the chime is toooooo long but you can turn it off. Other than that is a good purchase.

Smart Dial Electric Dryer from Samsung really is the top-of-the-line I absolutely love how fast you can complete a load of laundry with this set from Samsung this is absolutely the best dryer I have ever owned the Wi-Fi capabilities are awesome the size is just the best I'm so used to that small said I was using before I got this this is really a dream come true for me I love my washer and my dryer from Samsung I would recommend this that to anyone if you have a large family if you have a small family it does not matter this is the dryer you want it is truly amazing how much time you say when you're using dryer I highly recommend this dryer I promise you will not be disappointed.

My washing machine and dryer instructions were easy to read and understand. Product set up was easy and took less than 5 minutes. The machine remembers most requested cycles and it suggest those options frequently and typically first. My wife loves it which is what I am most satisfied about. Samsung please continue to make great products that work when and how we, the customer, want them to. Great work

My dryer made a loud grinding screeching noise out when you'd turn it on. Definitely was defective from the start. Samsung would not repair under warranty nor replace. That's my experience.

This product does not dry on any setting other than the timed dry setting.

Might last you one year. I've had mine for 2 had to repair it twice already.

Terrible Product and by far the worst appliance experience ive ever had. I will never order a samsung appliance again
