[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek looking washer and dryer with all the features you would want including the steam/sanitize functions for it when needed. Plus, my daughter loves the melody it plays to let you know the cycle is complete.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Performance & Drying I am thoroughly impressed with the Sensor Dry technology. It accurately detects moisture levels, so I never have to deal with damp clothes or wasted energy from over-drying. The 7.5 cu. ft. capacity is a lifesaver for bedding; it handles my king-sized comforters with ease. Steam Sanitize+ & Wrinkle Care The Steam Sanitize+ cycle is a game-changer for allergies, and I love using the Multi-Steam function to quickly refresh shirts. It genuinely gets the wrinkles out, which has saved me a lot of time on ironing. Smart Features The SmartThings app integration is incredibly convenient. Getting a notification on my phone when the cycle is done means I never forget a load. The Brushed Black finish also looks sleek and modern in my laundry room.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These machines are the best we have owned in a long time. Tha regular wash takes 39 minutes quick wash takes 19 minutes which is great for smaller or light loads. The dryer uses steam to help dry and everything comes out dry with 1 time through. 59 minutes and a load of heavy towels are dry. There is a wrinkle free setting that can b used when you don't want clothes coming out wrinkled. This setting will turn on the dryer every few minutes till u open the door
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent hours looking for a dryer and finally settled on this one. I'm so glad I did! It's been a year and half now and it has never failed me. My clothes come out so nice and clean! I really couldn't be happier. Have had zero problems with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer has been very effective and takes care of all our needs including cleaning pf the comforters, sheets etc., which are very heavy load! We definitely recommend these models to everyone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Samsung smart electric dryer with Steam Sanitize+ for a while now, and honestly it’s been a solid upgrade from what I had before. It dries clothes evenly without leaving anything damp or overheated, and I don’t have to keep checking it mid-cycle. The steam feature is actually useful too — it helps get rid of odors and cuts down on wrinkles, especially with stuff like gym clothes or bedding. I don’t use the smart app all the time, but it’s nice getting a notification when a load is done. It can take a little longer on some cycles, but I’d rather that than clothes coming out half-dry. Overall, it just feels reliable and low-maintenance, which is really all I want in a dryer. One thing I actually ended up liking more than expected is the connectivity. Once it’s hooked up to Wi-Fi through the SmartThings app, you can start or stop the dryer, schedule loads, and get notifications right on your phone when it’s done. It’s not something you absolutely need, but it does come in handy when you’re busy or not home — I’ve definitely used it to keep from forgetting a load. It also works with voice assistants, which is cool, but honestly the real value is just being able to check on your laundry without having to walk back and forth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this dryer for a while now, and overall I'm really happy with the performance. The 7.5 cu. ft. capacity is a big upgrade — it easily handles bulky loads like comforters and towels without needing multiple cycles. The Sensor Dry feature works well, so clothes come out properly dried without overheating or shrinking. One of my favorite features is the Steam Sanitize+ option. It's great for refreshing clothes, removing odors, and cutting down on wrinkles, which saves time on ironing. It also gives peace of mind when drying items like kids' clothes or bedding. The dryer looks sleek in brushed black, and the controls are straightforward and easy to use. I also like the flexibility of multiple cycles and settings depending on fabric type. That said, the smart features are just okay. The app works, but it's not something I find myself using often. Also, some cycles can take a bit longer than expected, especially on eco settings. Overall, this is a reliable, high-capacity dryer with useful features and solid performance. If you want something efficient with added steam functionality, it's definitely worth considering.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is efficient in carrying out tasks and it has lots of features. I find it convenient and the connectivity to WiFi was easy to setup through the SmartThings app. I have not had any issues with it. I would always recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer summer of 2025 and bought an extended warranty. The spin started to sound like a jet engine so they came to repair it. Hours later and a complete tear down of the machine and it didn't fix it. They came back with more parts a week later and the same issue, except now there are dents in the machine, the machine leaks water and still sounds loud on spins. I have been waiting weeks for this to be resolved. Meanwhile I can't use my washer. Looks pretty but actually is garbage.
