[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the units are very sleek and performance is great. the integration with samsung smart things is wonderful as you can control the machine and see its status from anywhere. it comes pre-loaded with a ton of different cycle types. if both the washer and dryer are linked in smart things, the dryer knows the appropriate cycle to queue up automatically which is nice. so if i run a bulky wash for a blanket, the dryer turns on with a heavy duty cycle to match it. same goes for delicate loads. the dryer seems to be very powerful, as it makes quick work of bulkier items that often required multiple cycles on our last machine. the lint trap is quite large and seems to catch a lot more, which is appreciated as i feel i will need to clean out the external vent less frequently

What else can I say other than "Samsung does it again with its dryer DVE46BG6500V!". My partner and I bought our first home about a year ago, but we could not afford to actually get a good quality dryer for a while because we were tight on money, so we've been struggling with an old machine that does not actually dry. We finally decided to get this Samsung dry because we have a lot of big things to wash and dry, such as bedding, sofa covers and washable rugs. This machine is amazing. The ability to dryer in a quarter of the time that my old dry thing, while also being energy efficient is incredible!. I cannot also stop bragging about the ability to control the machine from my phone, which to me, is freaking cool. This product is great and it's worth every penny. The specific drying settings, such as bedding, sportswear and heavy, really help you set the drying time without a problem, instead of manually setting it yourself. I love my new Samsung dryer!

AI Smart Dial Electric Dryer with SuperSpeed Dry and MultiControl at a discounted price for my honest review This dryer just as beautiful and elegant as the matching washer. First of all, this dryer can dry a load of wash in 30 minutes! That means, the super fast wash of 28 minutes and the super speed dry of 30 minutes, you literally can complete a load of laundry from start to finish in less than 1 hour. Talk about technology. This dryer is Energy Star certified so that means, I will use less electricity to run this product. There are 5 temperature settings; high, medium, medium-low, low and extra low. There are also 5 drying levels; very dry, more dry, normal dry, less dry and damp dry. As like the washer, it comes with AI so you can program what you want your dryer to dry your wash on and when you want it done. You can also add the wrinkle away feature so you don't have to iron. That is an excellent feature, Samsung! There is Steam Sanitize which of course compliments the steam sanitize on the washer. There are safety features just like the matching washer in that, there is a child safety lock and a vent sensor to tell you if your vent is plugged. However, before it gets to that level, when you turn on the dryer each and every time, when you look at the panel, it reminds you to clean the internal lint filter. You have to say yes to it so it will kind of force you to check it periodically. I love, love, love the fact that the drum is lit up for you to make sure that you can see everything in the dryer drum. Overall these amazing innovative appliances from Samsung are just what my busy family needs to get the chores of washing done with minimal effort on our part so we can spend our time doing other exciting things. It's the match to my new Samsung washer and has all the settings I wanted and need to get everyone's laundry done. The steam dry is my favorite setting and use it each time. The dryer is so quiet that I never know when it's done except for the beautiful sounding bells and my phone. I did pair it in my smart things app which was extremely easy and I get all my notifications on my phone for my Samsung washer and dryer. I also really love the elegant design of my dryer with a touch of gold on black. I'm so happy with both my Samsung washer and dryer and I definitely recommend them for everyone. Doing laundry now for me does not feel like a chore anymore.

The units are very sleek and performance is great. The integration with Samsung Smart Things is wonderful as you can control the machine and see its status from anywhere. I do with that it came with the Samsung multi control kit that links the washer and dryer, allowing you to control the dryer from the washer control panel while they are stacked. The screen on the dryer is a bit hard to see, so including the cable to fully use all the features would have been appreciated.

Why did we wait so long to upgrade!? With a growing family, comes a growing mound of laundry. Our previous dryer would take three 60-minute cycles to dry the laundry, with this new beauty, and I mean B-E-A-UTY, its all dry within one cycle. We can now run our washer and dryer at the same time and rotate loads as we go. We've gone from taking several days to get through the laundry to just a few loads in half a day. This ultimately means more family time and less chore time. And even more impressive is in those tight moments where you forgot to wash the baby's sleep sack for the night you can run a wash and dry cycle in under an hour with its Super Speed setting. One of my favorite aspects of the new smart washer and dryer is the ability to connect it through Samsung SmartThings. Not only do we now get notified on our phones of the washer and or dryer cycles complete, but since we also have a Samsung Frame TV that's also in the SmartThings ecosystem, we get a notification there as well! Not only do we not forget it in the dryer, and it get all wrinkly, even if we do it has an anti-wrinkle setting that will occasionally toss the load a bit to prevent wrinkles every few minutes until you do get to it. We've also taken advantage of our first set of dual front-load units by getting the extra stacking kit. It was very easy to attach and now our basement laundry room has more space for our ever-expanding children's storage. Once stacked, the displays are linked so you can run the washer and the dryer from the lower washer unit without having to stretch to the top. If you've been on the fence about upgrading your current setup, you cannot go wrong with the gorgeous set. My only complaint is that it is just too good looking for our storage style basement laundry room.

I really love this dryer and while it makes me feel old to say that, it truly is really nice. It has a huge lint catcher which is great if you dry blankets, and it reminds you each time to empty it so when my kids switch laundry they don't forget. There are a ton of drying options and having the app is great because it lets me know when my laundry is done. Plus, I can customize the dryer settings from my phone which I don't do often but it is a nice feature. And, it's so quiet! My last dryer was a Samsung as well but it was over 10 years old and it was loud when drying. This one, you just hear the clothes moving around a bit but it's not super loud. Final thing, you can turn off the sounds. I hate all of the noises washers and dryers make when pressing the buttons and this one lets you turn them all off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you like this washer and dryer set? They look amazing. They are very user-friendly and easy to change the settings. The instructions don't fully explain every setting and what it's best for, but it seems pretty intuitive. I have noticed that my cotton T-shirt has become more pilled, after using this washer dryer set it seems like almost every cotton shirt has become pilled over the last month and there are some shirts that I have had for over a year that have never become piled. I do not like the time that the dryer makes when it is done. It is entirely too long. I do not need a 32nd song every Time in the dryer ends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me began with the fact that I really, really wanted to love this dryer. It's beautiful, matches my awesome washer(see review) has so many great settings to choose from, large capacity and even has a steam setting which I use daily but….the dryer sensor must be super sensitive because it doesn't dry my load fully. There is ways around it, such as simply drying a second time or utilizing the “Timed Dry” setting. But as a busy mom and wife this is an extra step and extra time that I honestly sometimes don't have to spare. Again, it is a great dryer but could be better!

got a defective dryer. Apparently this is common for this thing. I just ordered a replacement. I hate when companies send out broken products that they know have a defect.
