This TV is extremely huge and a pain in the butt to carry, but it’s all worth it, with the price and the quality. The sound is loud, the graphic is clear and sharp, many apps to explore, and u can play ur Xbox on it!! very nice TV, im in love
I am using it as an outdoor TV under a soffit (so it is protected and avoids direct light) on the backside of our home and it works great, actually all day. It is not meant for such things, but it is doing what I hoped. I have a cover when not using it for a prolonged period of time. Bang for the buck for me!
Wow.....fantastic TV. Always love Samsung products. Phone, watch and now a huge TV.
Love the T.V. 85" is the best size to go for, that way you don't have to keep buying bigger, that's plenty enough TV. If you go bigger, you might as well go to the movie theater. I bought the Samsung soundbar with it, and I absolutely love it.
This TV is great!! My only gripe is that in the days of shows with a lot of action and sports, that 60htz isn't gonna cut it too well, ESPECIALLY if you are a gamer. The 120 htz option is the way to go, but it's way more expensive. At the 60, it's some light blurring. It's nothing noticeable that will ruin the tv experience, but if you watch a 120 htz then immediately watch a 60 htz, you can tell the difference. It still gets the job done and then some. It's more of a nit-pick than anything else. Definitely not a deal breaker though, ESPECIALLY for the price! If you are a gamer who needs the absolute BEST viewing experience, you probably want to pass. But if you're a gamer who doesn't really care about that or a tv watcher whose just fine with a clear 4k picture, you can't go wrong with this tv!!
We desperately needed a new tv as the last one we got was a Philips on Black Friday 5 years ago sucked. This is WAY better but not the best on the market. For the price I can’t complain $698 Black Friday. Pros HUGE- crisp colors and picture quality is great (for me). Another pro the interface or tv moves quickly and has a lot of great features etc. Cons built in speakers are lacking (but we have a samsung sound bar and sub that helps amplify the experience.) another con and I didn’t notice this until it was hung and too late, there are only 2 hdmi ports. In my case 1 is taken up by the HDMI-ARC aka sound bar and the other port is occupied by our surveillance camera system. I had to buy a hdmi switch to use additional devices. Overall I would recommend this tv for a budget friendly purchase. I will update this if there breaks/stops working.
Tv came broken and it is very very hard to get it returned to Walmart. Have had Walmart schedule it five times now to be picked up and no one ever shows up to get it. I call the shipping company and they tell me it’s never been scheduled. I talked to Walmart and asked if I take it to a Walmart close by can I return it. They told me yes that will work. Drove an hour to the closest Walmart was there for three hours just for them to say we will send you a new barcode come back in 3-5 business days. Got another email saying it has been scheduled to be picked up wait 3-5 business days to hear from the carrier. Still waiting!
Ever since the week it was installed it’s been nothing but trouble. We had a repair person come out to try to fix it and steal. It wouldn’t display a picture after working for four hours. I asked Samsung for a refund, but I have yet to hear from him about giving me back my money and coming to get this piece of junk
I did not receive the product. Walmart gave false promises on the product and the delivery. It’s been 6 days since the expected delivery and the date changed 4 times. I was told by an associate at corporate that I would not receive the product because it was not in stock at the store I ordered from. Also I was told I couldn’t get a refund. I would have to cancel the order and order from another store. This is ridiculous. All I want is my order. I shouldn’t have to spend my money and go through all of this. Let me also mention that no one ever reached out to me about these issues, I had to go through calling multiple times because the phone would just ring. When someone did finally answer they would put me on hold for a long time. Then the call would be disconnected. I was frustrated. I understand mistakes happen but I don’t understand it not being rectified or no compassion for the customer who is spending their money with the company. Everyone should feel appreciated as customers!
I paid through Affirm and I have no clue how to get a refund or contact anybody or who to contact on how to get a new TV but the first two months I had it. It just completely broke on me like it wouldn’t turn on. It wasn’t the cords or anything just stopped working alltogather I definitely would not recommend anybody buying this product 😮💨💁♂️
