One thing to note is that Samsung as do all brands have a range of confusing model names like OLED, QLED, Neo QLED, and Crystal. However, in my opinion, these are just marketing gimmicks. The differences between them are hardly noticeable to the average viewer. Now, let's talk about the things I love about this TV. Firstly, the picture quality is excellent. The clarity is outstanding, making every detail pop. Whether you're watching movies, TV shows, or even 4K videos, the visuals are immersive and lifelike. In terms of size, the 65-inch screen is perfect for our living area. It provides an immersive viewing experience without overwhelming the space. The only improvement I would make, would be a ‘find my remote' feature as the remote is small and easy to misplace. For example: a button on the back of the tv which would make the remote beep.

Then the screen went half dark on one side then it would change it other side so I turned it off and left it for a couple of days and when I turned it back on the screen and standby light would be flashing I have only had the tv just on 4 years. 😢

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV about 5 weeks ago after having owned another Samsung TV for about 7 years. Kayo is a bit erratic on the new TV and is quite irritating, I have to restart the TV quite often. Also, on the old TV I had a Sonos Beam that worked fine, it doesn't work at all on the new TV!!

I bought this unit brand new and it is rubbish. It constantly turns off, changes channel by itself, volume won't adjust, it constantly….CONSTANTLY freezes and won't do anything and I have to reboot it all the time. I've owned many Samsung tv's and other devices and this is the absolute worst. I will be returning it very shortly and purchasing another brand all together.

I bought this 2 months ago, and i am very disappointed now. - Samsung Internet app doesn't work properly. I cannot watch online movies because the app stops running after pressing a play button. I turned off TV many times but cannot solve the problem. - cannot play movies in USB. The movies had been played some days before and then TV said their format was not supported. Very crazy TV! I regret buying this TV.
