So happy with my purchase! Have been shopping tvs for awhile waiting for a good deal, and this was a great buy for 120hz refresh rate! Glad to have a bigger sized tv as well as it makes reading the subtitles and seeing content easier.

The TV was the best price we found and it had free shipping. It got here before the expected shipping date. They called the day before to schedule a time for delivery and the delivery guy was very friendly. The TV looks great and is going to make a great addition to our media room.

Our 14 year old 50" 1080p Samsung plasma TV started dying a few weeks ago. We ending up going with this 65" 4K Samsung LED TV. The picture quality is amazing and the built in smart features are nice and responsive. The bezels on our new 65" TV are extremely small so it is about the same physical size as our old 50" TV. It's nice getting so much more screen size but not taking up any more space on the wall.

TV arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Easy to set-up and works great. TV's set-up function seamlessly found and programmed my sound bar and DVD players to work with the provided remote, Only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the picture quality, it is good but not as crisp and sharp as the display one in the store.

I found the TV I was looking for online and in stock at my nearest Walmart store. I purchased online for pick up the same day. However, as I never received the email that it was ready for p/u, we went to the store regardless later that day. The TV was there waiting with my name on it despite never having received the email. My only concern is that the true paid/invoice was supposed to be in the ‘ready for pick up' email which I never received. I'm just concerned if I ever have any issues with warranty with the tv manufacturer. Fingers crossed we never have warranty issues down the road. But the pick up at the Walmart store was easy, we were in and out within 5-10 minutes.

I bought this tv a month ago and I'm starting to regret my decision. The picture is great but the sound is always off. I don't use a sound bar and use the speakers from the tv. No amount of troubleshooting has fixed this including a factory reset.y other smart tvs work no problem at a fraction of the cost.
