[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ​I've owned this for over two years now. The ergonomics are practical for everyday use and the cooling is perfectly consistent top to bottom. Zero frost buildup. The water filter is reliable and the crisping drawers keep things fresh. I got an incentive to write this, but it is a solid fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks great in our small space. This Samsung was one of the only fridges (that we haven't already had) that we were able to get to fit. Very sleek and well lit. It is a welcome change change from the typical stainless steel. Shelves seem study and the ice produces well. The sensors on the doors are helpful. No meat crisper and the internal water dispenser takes some getting used to but not a big deal for us given our situation and the cost. Hope to have this one for many years to come.

The controls are easy to navigate and the ice maker and filtered water dispenser are next level so nice and convenient. I always feel spoiled when I use this nice fridge!

The built-in filtration system delivers fresh, clean, cold water and ice, which has been a fantastic addition to our busy household. We've even saved a ton of money on bottled water because we genuinely prefer the taste of the filtered water from the fridge. Connecting it to the SmartThings app makes everything even easier and more convenient. But let's talk about the looks—this refrigerator is beautiful! Our friends and family always comment, “Nice fridge!” followed by, “How much did that set you back?” We have them guess, and they usually guess twice what we actually paid. That always makes us feel like we got an incredible deal while still having a refrigerator that looks like it belongs in a high-end kitchen. Honestly, I can't say enough about how much I love this fridge. It looks amazing, works beautifully, and has been perfect for our large family. Great design, great features, and an even better value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for about two weeks now. The internal icemaker is terrific although I don't think it matters to me that much whether I have one or two sizes of ice. But the “beverage center“ is a terrific idea the pitcher Is it its best feature. It automatically fills up and can be taken to the table. However, a brand new refrigerator has a defective water dispenser next to the water pitcher. So we have had to order a new part and have yet another service person show up. Not very impressive. But other than that, the refrigerator is fantastic. It is incredibly roomy on the inside yet it takes up slightly less space in my prior refrigerator (also a Samsung, but with an ice dispenser Through the door). The ice dispenser froze and couldn't be fixed. If you do your research, you will see that through the door ice machines are consistently a problem. Go for a machine with an internal ice dispenser. The controls are fairly easy to use. And the tap to open feature is nice, that it is fairly easy to accidentally open the freezer door when going to the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean looking with the white glass giving the room an upscale look. Lots of room on both sides. Beverage center & auto open doors are helpful. Nice bright interior lights and flexible/adjustable Organizational options on both sides. Easy to wipe clean, and push /twist to change the filter streamlining maintenance.

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn't fit in there properly. It's too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.

Got this fridge 2 1/2 years ago. The fridge does not last, plain and simple, error code 23C and a bunch of cascading errors after this. We had a repairman come in to replace the condenser and a couple more parts. Great its working again, but only for about 3 weeks until it fails again. The reservoir that cools the water before dispensing it cracked because of ice build up we were unaware of. Now we are getting 23c error code again. How is your product so fragile? The cost of parts to replace are almost as much as a new fridge. How is this possible when your parts are so cheap? Cannot recommend ever buying Samsung again because of this.

As others have reported, a design flaw causes the dual ice tray shelf to collapse. Don't buy this model.
