[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great purchase!! Lots of storage! Love the easy access door and water pitcher that auto fills! Love the 2 different types of ice with the scoop/ tray!! We really love everything about it, plus it's so sleek and modern.

I've had the bespoke model three years andnit continues to perform exceptionally well. Capacity is more than adequate for a family of 4 adults and it is esthetically pleasing adding to the beauty of my kitchen and the experience for both family and guests. Having an important kitchen appliance that's also connected via Smart Things is also very convenient with notifications on replacing thr filter, doors being left open for example for an improved experience. Cleaning the doors is easy and having the customized doors that complement the decor of the kitchen continues to give me joy. Cooling temperature is consistent. My very tall son is also pleased about being able to open from up top where there is a natural indentation for taller folk to reach. Thisnis a very thoughtful intentional aspect of the design. I'm extremely happy with the Bespoke choice.

Love the dedicated beverage door and the middle pull out drawer. Hoping I don't have to move because this thing is pretty heavy, so be sure to put this somewhere you will use permanent. Cools exceptionally well and how it has to for every compartment.

This fridge has been one of the best purchases we have made. Not only is it useful bc of the small cabinet in the middle which can turn from fridge to freezer, it is also amazing bc of the drink station that has a water jug! So easy to fill up our water bottles!

I no longer need to purchase ice when I have a party. I love the app. I can check on the refrigerator when I am away from home. I love the middle drawer—even my husband can find things in there. I love the bespoke customization. Being able to pick the look of the refrigerator was a real plus. I love it has no exterior handles. I love being able to adjust the temperature from the app. I love the temperature settings are visible inside the refrigerator. I have a little trouble replacing the filter

We have a bit of a slow ice maker, I think, because the containers are often empty/near empty all of the time. There are 3-5 people in the house, and I know we all take a bit, but even next morning when nobody's touched it, it's still fairly empty. Probably my biggest complaint. It's nice enough looking, but we'll see if it stays that way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit isn't constructed to its best knowledge, this is the first I'm ever writing a review, at first glance I love the look and feel on this product but in terms of operational efficiency this is way far from other competitors, no way close to other refrigerators that cost way less I so much believe Samsung priced this for the display on the front door not as an efficient refrigerator ice maker went in no time now the filter cabinet is broken once I place a filter in it cuts off the water ices makes leaks causing the ice to cling making big blocks, I would never recommend any bespoke appliances to anyone

This appliance has been one of the worst i have ever owned. The delivery folks had to take the whole thing apart to get it inside. Once installed our first water filter change flooded the house. Called support the manual didn't require a water shut off per each filter change but support told us its absolutely necessary. Using a samsung filter as well. Next the freezer not even 2 years old totally defrosted and ruined all our food. Called support again we did some resetting and now its over freezing everything. Tech to come out and take a look. I have never had so many problems with an appliance yet. I will never biy samsung again. There are so many complaints online about this same issue. The inside is large and nice but at what cost we spent nearly 3k and barely can get 2 years oit of it without repair?
