Samsung - Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator Panel - Middle Panel - Morning Blue Glass

Love the fridge, but the panel promo is a scam. Nothing is in stock. We wanted an all-white fridge, but had to buy a stainless steel one to get it in time, but figured we could get the white panels with the promo. Nope. I'm sure I'll get the auto-response too with all the support links, but the phone number goes to the people running the promo, and the support fb messenger link is unhelpful since they don't know much about the promo or inventory of the panels.

Like many others, I too have been fooled into thinking I could order another set of panels for free via Samsung's promotion. For the last two months, the panels have been out of stock. I set up a notification when they are back in stock, but even when then they appear out of stock within seconds (not even minutes). If you are thinking of getting this fridge because you like the idea of being able to change its looks via a panel swap, just know that you won't receive a 2nd set any time soon, if at all.

What a nightmare we have been having with this product so far. We also purchased with the promise of the rebate for use in the blue panels. We aptly got approved for the rebate and got a code and link to use. It does not work. The panels say they are available at my zip code in the cart but after going through the payment process and putting in the promo code I get an error that inventory can't be confirmed. I have escalated and escalated. Every couple of days I get a note saying to try again with some strange new directions. They all end up the same. I've asked if they can just order on the back end to no success. All this and the door on the left does not close easily and service on this has not proven well either. Buyer beware.

Note, I am happy with the fridge quality itself. However, I purchased this refrigerator based on the representation that the exterior panels could be changed to different colors. However, the black panels that were a key part of my decision have never been available. Had I known that these panels would be consistently unavailable, I would not have made this purchase. At this point, it feels misleading to market this feature when customers cannot actually access the options promised. I would appreciate clarification on why the black panels are not available and whether they will be restocked, as well as what solutions are being offered to customers who purchased the appliance based on this promotion.

I feel like I have been scammed. I bought this refrigerator (4 door French door) because of the rebate, knowing I could get the black panels. Now that my rebate is available, you never have the black panels available for all 4 of my panels. NOT good!

Bought refrigerator with the promise of being able to change panels to a different color. Black panels are never available. What is going on here? Would not have purchased if this is the case.

Everything about Bespoke is that you can customize the colors but theres no place to actually do that. They advertise all these colors with no way of actually picking them and ordering them. IT WAS THE HOLE REASON WE BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE. "Choose panels now, and change them later" this quote is a lie for half of the colors they advertise.

Samsung Bespoke Panel Rebate is a joke. Not a single one color panel available for delivery in CA. Friends warned me not to go with Samsung but was tempted with the bespoke look. I think 50% of the reviewers are not satisfied with Samsung's panel availablity!

We purchased the fridge back in November. Still haven't received the "free" panels. Says they are not available for delivery in my area or they are out of stock. I completed a request to email me when the panels were back in stock. I literally just got the email letting me know it was available 30 minutes ago and went in to order and it still says unavailable. False advertising. I plan to contact BBB. Too many customers with the same experience. Shameful for what I considered a trusted brand.

Like everyone else I got scammed by the panel rebate scheme. Ended up with the in stock fridge in a finish I dont want under the guise of rebate for different panels. They got my money for the rebate scheme but over a year later still no panels. I will never buy another Samsung product of any kind.
