Samsung - BESPOKE 5.3 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer with Steam and AI OptiWash - Brushed Navy

We did love our washer when we first got it. However, 16 month later the main bearing has gone out and we are having to purchase a new washer. After lots of research, our understanding is every other Samsung washer has a warranty for this part. This is the only machine that doesn't, which tells me they know it is an issue. We've called Samsung and they will do nothing about it. We've paid to have an appliance repair company come out and they even told us fixing it isn't worth it. We've bought several Samsung products and are usually very happy, but I DO NOT recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with this washing machine. It's a great size with plenty of capacity for larger loads while still fitting well in my laundry space. It cleans clothes thoroughly, and everything comes out fresh. The smart features are a great bonus. It connects seamlessly to the SmartThings app, allowing me to monitor cycles and receive notifications when a load is finished. Another feature I appreciate is its excellent water and energy efficiency. Overall, this is a reliable, efficient, and feature-rich washing machine that I would definitely recommend.

I don't have to worry about choosing the right settings—the washer automatically adjusts everything for me. Just load, start, and let the AI do the work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love All of the different settings it offers. The sound on the choice menu went out in less than 9 months. Other than that it's great. I'm going to see if I can take the front off so I can give it a deep clean. We've had it for 2 years now and love it.

It has a large capacity that easily handles everything from everyday clothes to bulky loads. The cleaning performance is excellent, and clothes come out fresh and thoroughly cleaned, even when dealing with tougher soil and stains. I especially like the AI fabric detection and automatic dispensing features. They take a lot of the guesswork out of doing laundry and make each load quick and convenient. The spin cycle also does a great job removing excess water, which helps reduce drying time. The washer is quiet, modern, easy to use, and packed with useful features without feeling complicated. Overall, it has made laundry much easier and more efficient. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. 5 out of 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 2 Bespoke Washers in Navy make our laundry room sleek and stylish while have one of the largest laundry capacities I've ever seen on a home washer. And let me tell you , after spending a year and a half going to laundry mats and our sheets and towels getting a little drab, it was a absolute eye opener to see how dirty things actually were. The steam and sanitize cycle pulled out the grey and beige tones out of our sheets and in half the time it would have taken at the laundry. It's a joy to have a machine sense what's in it and how dirty offer a cycle and always put the precise amount of detergent and effort into cleaning your items.

The precision is amazing and as described by the vendor. I love this product, makes everything easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Bespoke washer and dryer have been very dependable even with dealing with less attentive family members. The only nick is that my buzzer sound is not always loud as I think the steam gets in it, but other wise clothes are always cleaned well and I love that my dryer auto chooses the right cycle. I just wish the remote function was always active for starting and stopping, however it's great and love it!
