[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit along with the matching washer a few months ago - there were a good value when bought as a set. The dryer communicates with the washer and will automatically adjust it's settings based on the washer settings. It notifies you when the cycle is complete via the app, and it has a lot of setting options to handle a variety of loads. Very clean and sleek looking too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this with the washer and petistils. I did have to wait a few weeks, as the petistils were on back order. They must be very popular. Needless, once it got here, I fired it up, and it worked, and continues to work flawlessly. Has not had one hiccup. The only annoyance, is I can not get the end of cycle to pop up on my Samsung TV, like the washer, but, it is not the end of the world. I have had it now for about 2 and a half months. It is a bit pricy, but it looks great, and works great.

This was the largest non commercial capacity, it has steam dry for less wrinkles, it stacks, and can be operated by the washing machine while stacked. The stainless steel interior makes sure you have even drying and it has computer sensors etc. Should you have king sized quilts blankets etc. you found your dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer as a package and I like them, other than the long time it takes to start the machine. Otherwise, it's great. However, the customer service is awful, and is honestly making me partially regret getting any samsung products.

Owned 1 month. Not happy given the $$$ spent. Looks great, but functionally insufficient/incomplete drying. Despite experimenting with various settings under “options.” Have to consistently add a timed cycle to complete drying. Esp'ly of heavier items. Manual suggests drying heavier items separately, which we do, but still incomplete. Maybe faulty moisture sensor? Again, not happy. Cannot recommend.

I purchased the washer and dryer set in Jan 2023. The washer had to be repaired twice since that time, the first time was just outside the 1 year warranty period and the second time 1.5 year later; both times out of pocket repair costs. First, the detergent dispenser housing was leaking and the part was replaced. Second, water leaking inside the machine housing rusted out one of the front shocks, causing the machine to severely vibrate during the spin cycle. Now I worry about what issue will arise next. This is a poorly made machine, even though upon initial purchase it seemed like a good investment. Will not buy this again nor recommend to others.

I rarely write reviews, and usually when I see a one star review I don't pay much attention. However, this has been an exceptionally bad experience. The washing machine sounds like a jet plane taking off. We have had two Samsung repair guys here and Samsung says we are overloading it. They are telling us that only ONE SHEET can be put in at a time. Not one SET, one SHEET! So much for Ultra Capacity. Further, they have run diagnostics and even though the tech agrees with us, Samsung is telling him there is nothing they can do. I just want my money back at this point. We have been working on this issue for 45 days. The washer dryer is only 90 days old. This is ridiculous!!

Gatbage garbage garbage. Do not purchase this item: not only does it not work. Samsung also won't take it back.
