[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband and I moved in with our daughter, the new laundry requirements prompted upgrades to the appliances. When it was delivered and I noticed that she had gotten the black set. I would have preferred the lighter one - but that's just me. We've had the dryer for a while now and I have to say that I am quite happy with it. The drum is huge and there are a lot of drying options, which is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is pretty good. My only complaint is sometimes my clothes are still wet when I put on the auto dry. I find this to happen often with HE dryers these days so I usually just put "more dry" on to get the clothes dry enough to be folded and put away.

First one broke within a few months. They don't make the circuit board replacement, so they couldn't repair they had to replace with a new one. That broke down in a few months as well. The warranty process was long and exhausting, took over 2 months. Not happy with the customer service either. But as far as the dryer goes doesn't really dry very well, and hasn't worked long enough to give an honest review. Maybe the third one will be better because I bought the matching washing machine and I really don't want to change them both out.

Does not dry clothes completely. If you attempt to run it a second time, the sensors shut the dryer off and you clothes are still damp. The lint trap is one of the worst I've ever seen. I've had to tear the dryer apart 6 times in the past 4 years to clean the lint off of the blower fins. Lint gets past the lint trap and accumulates on the fins of the blower. This is an extreme fire hazard. I would NOT recommend this dryer under any circumstances.

Do not buy. Have had not had the dryer for long. Roughly around 2 years. Before the warranty expired the drum busted and had to get a new one. After the warranty expired the heating element went out. Had it replaced and it worked great for about 2 days. Now it will turn on but not start. Too many issues for it to be only 2 years old.
