Samsung DW80B7071US 42 dBA Stainless Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher has been a very solid upgrade. It runs incredibly quietly, which is a huge relief if you appreciate a peaceful house and do not want background noise while it is running. When it comes to cleaning, the water coverage is excellent. It hits every corner of the racks perfectly, consistently leaving the dishes spotless and completely clean without any extra hassle. One of my favorite features is how the door automatically pops open at the end of the cycle. It lets the steam escape and circulates air so the dishes actually dry all the way. It is just a well designed, highly efficient machine that does exactly what you need it to do.

I like the self cleaning cycle to save me time on maintenance. It reminds me to refill the rinse aid, and I also love the 3rd rack for lids and other small items. My dishes are always cleaned and sanitized, and it gives me confidence in knowing that my dishes are clean.

My dishes have been spotless! All food has been washed away and cleaned completely! This dishwasher opens when the cycle is finished so complete drying is done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great with cleaning hard to cleans dishes. It has cleaned dishes that works never have come clean with my previous dishwasher. The pop out door feature is nice so that plastic cups and plates do not melt when drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great machine. We had to stop everything and really try to hear it cause it was so quiet. We typically run it at night or in the morning since the cycles do take a bit of time to finish, however, it does do an excellent job. The only complaint is the smell this thing puts off is fairly strong for the first month or two. We've either grown accustomed to the smell or it has gone away by now. Overall, this is a great machine, simple to use, quiet and efficient. We would definitely recommend it

Third rack configuration is awful. Doesn't hold anything. Unless they can send me a picture of the thought process for loading I don't get it Quite and does wash well.

After 5 years waterwall quit working. Pots and pans on lower rack were not getting cleaned. 3 months after 5 years warranty ran out. After I had to replace high end Samsung washer and dryer a few months ago and now this. I will be going with another highly recommended brand. Phones are great appliances not so much.

The rectangular Smart Dry duct cover is located next to the silverware basket. The problem is that the cover can be easily dislocated when a utensil in the basket catches onto the edge of the cover as the bottom dishrack is pulled out. When the cover gets dislocated, a water leaks occurs and causes an LC error code. Hopefully this feedback will lead Samsung to improve the duct cover design or change the duct location. In the meantime, I do not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher with the Smart Dry system.
