SAMSUNG DW80N3030US Front Control 51 dBA Dishwasher with Hybrid Interior in Stainless Steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a not so great dishwasher and this dishwasher was our awesome replacement! We've had the opportunity to try it for a few weeks now, and overall we are pretty impressed! The third rack at the very top has been great for washing things like sippy cup lids, utensils, etc. It's really helped to free up more space in other sections of our dishwasher. We are really pleased with the work this dishwasher is doing for us. We are able to fit more in it than our last dishwasher, and it is so much quieter. We would definitely recommend this one to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is awesome!! it's great for a big family. The versatility of the triple tier rack can be configured to your cleaning needs. From big to small pots and everything in between. The front access panel is a great. Choosing your setting is much easier and convenient. Just close the door, select your function and washing cycles and let it do it thing. It has some bells and whistle and that digital leak senor can prevent a big mess from happening. Also, it is so quiet when it running that you won't know that it washing. Overall if you are looking for an upgrade this dishwasher could be for you. You can compare with other products but in my opinion, you get more bang for your buck.

We replaced our dated dishwasher with a new Samsung Front Control Dishwasher (Energy Star) and we had no idea how loud our old dishwasher was! We found ourselves checking the new dishwasher to make sure it was running because it was so quiet. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and complements the other appliances. The controls are on the front of the dishwasher and are easy to use, and require little input to select different settings. After a wash has begun, you are able to open the dishwasher to add an item, and restart the current cycle. There are three racks inside the dishwasher. The lower rack hold all the dishes and silverware. The manual has suggested loading techniques to maximize the space. The cutlery rack is removable which facilitates unloading the silverware. The upper rack holds all the cups and glassware, and is easily adjustable up and down to help with taller items in the lower rack. And there is also a third rack which holds larger serving utensils. This rack can be removed as well if necessary. Washing performance is excellent, and we have had no issues with cleanliness or spots left on glassware. We use a rinse aid which helps with cleaning and drying. The exterior is very easy to clean too! Overall, we are thrilled with our new dishwasher. It is super quiet and cleans superbly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I've had to have a leak repaired, the machine has been great otherwise. Lots of storage space and I like the third wrack, which allows things like spatulas to be separately washed.

i received product with internal damage which may for manufacture defect or samsung technician said damage due to deliver by xpo team . dishwasher not working ..now warranty team not ready to fix and also they are not ready to replace as i cross 15-30 days period . no body taking responsible . new product not able to run and siting idle . calling support team and spend more than 2-3 hr . really bad experience . one executive promise to replace but after 2 days when i called for status then another executive told no they cant replace or repair . now not even 2 month ..i never run the dishwasher . so please avoid it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dishwasher came with the house and was only 6 months old when we moved in. its very quiet, which is great, but thats the only good thing in my experience. it never seems to dry dishes well. the capicitive touch control buttons are too easily activated, very easy to accidentally start the dishwasher. it started leaking 4 months after we moved in. had it serviced under warranty. now has a drain problem and warranty is expired. if i cant get it fixed, i'll be replacing it with something other than a samsung dishwasher.

owning this for less than 2-months i have already had to have the control board replaced and now a new issue, the dry motor needs to be replaced. very disappointed.

we bought this 5 months before installed due to s remodel. once we had it installed, it ran 4-5 times before it would start flashing codes and turn off. we had 1 year insurance on it but since we only had about 5-6 months of actually expericing it, we only were able to get samsung out here to “fix” it twice before. both times the dishwasher would run maybe once and then stop working again. by the time we called them to come out again, they said there was nothing they could do because it wasnt covered by insurance anymore. weve had to then use our other insurance company to come out, 5 different times. they said they checked everything and it must of been a faulty dishwasher from the beginning but samsung refuses to hear us out. we will be buying a new dishwasher not from samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dishwasher model has a bad design of the pump seal causing it to leak with out any good reason. after 3 support instances where the seals on the pump were replaced, the washer was deemed unrepairable. this machine was malfunctioning about 40% of the time we had it. super frustrating, makes us lose confidence in the brand.

i've had this for two weeks and its been nothing but issues. its not broken its just a nightmare to use. never stops beeping, stops mid-cycle..
