[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was going to stick with my old dishwasher. You know the saying, they don't build them like they used to. Well, my belief on that is out the window. This dishwasher is amazing and i haven't even had a chance to run a full load in it yet. The clean look, the amazing features including soft touch buttons, quiet door opening and closing and silent operation just got me from the test run. But opening it up, seeing how easy it is to clean and the features it has from water jets on the bottom, middle AND top!. We ran a test quick cycle during the installation and even 4 hours later when i opened it, the inside was still warm had that freshly cleaned smell to it. We can't wait to fill it up this week and take a round at the full deep clean washing. So far A+++ I'm going to recommend this to anyone. Oh and you can even adjust the top rack to fit more on the bottom rack or fit more on the top rack. - Mind Blown!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got new dishwasher about 1 week ago and can't relive how quite it runs, you can have conversation with out raising your voice. love the room inside can pack it full with food still on within reason of course( no rinsing before) things can fill every slot , with all powerful jets top bottom and in-between everything gets so clean, even pots and pans. Use to have to run old dishwasher on heavy duty cycle and rinse before loading space everything miles apart and then somethings had to be rerun or washed by hand just waste of time and energy just wondering why waited so long to upgrade Can wait for next family get together to brag about this great product
I am trying to find out how long we have owned this. I do not think it has even been 5 years. Yestreday I noticed the normal button was flashing fast and it sounds like it is draining/spinning water. It will not shut off unless I turn off the circuit breaker. Not happy
Dishwasher just outside of warranty and now stopped working. Start up has all lights flashing and then errors to normal light and heated dry....checked for leaks underneath and nothing. Can get it run one cycle out of 100 attempts and only after it's set for like a week. Would not recommend this product to anyone
Racks rust and fall apart within like a year and a half - it's INSANE. The one job of a dishwasher is to wash dishes….you'd think that the racks could withstand water without rusting apart. Trust all the other comments that say this too, do not waste your money on this dishwasher. Not worth it.
Dishwasher lasted almost 5 years. It never cleaned the dishes well and was consistently saturated. At the 4.5 year mark the normal light started flashing and it kept running and chiming constantly. Even if I tried to shut it off it would not stop until I unplugged it. I inspected and cleaned the filters. Normal light is still flashing. Not worth fixing, I will never buy a Samsung dishwasher and will be looking into other brands.
Started malfunctioning immediately after the warranty period concluded. I have had multiple repairs done and yet again for the 7th time the machine has failed. I have spent more in repairs than the machine is worth. Absolute trash.
Dishwasher started failing to drain after a year and stopped draining completely after 2.5 years. The drain pump broke. This machine is cheaply made and unreliable.
installed it 6 months ago and then it all of a sudden stopped working correctly. the drain pump stopped working and since it was 1 year and 25 days past purchase the warranty expired. it was great until it stopped and then found out warranty wouldn't cover the repair.
dishwasher arrived with box and styrofoam packing in perfect condition. after a problem free installation on the same day, the dishwasher leaked, a fast drip, almost a stream. we called samsung, as the product was brand new under warranty, they sent a repair company who neglected to look at the hole in the seal, or the gaping hole underneath. the repair person thought or pretended to see a nonexistent "hairline crack" approx 1-2" to the left of the seal. samsung then advised the tech that the "hairline crack" was physical damage and voided warranty. over 10 more calls to samsung, 2 calls to home depot, 3 more repair tickets for a second tech to correctly diagnose, no one came. final answer: samsung is not taking responsibility, after a month of back and forth, $529 in the trash.
