Samsung DW80R2031UG 55 dBA Black Stainless Top Control Built-In Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was going to stick with my old dishwasher. You know the saying, they don't build them like they used to. Well, my belief on that is out the window. This dishwasher is amazing and i haven't even had a chance to run a full load in it yet. The clean look, the amazing features including soft touch buttons, quiet door opening and closing and silent operation just got me from the test run. But opening it up, seeing how easy it is to clean and the features it has from water jets on the bottom, middle AND top!. We ran a test quick cycle during the installation and even 4 hours later when i opened it, the inside was still warm had that freshly cleaned smell to it. We can't wait to fill it up this week and take a round at the full deep clean washing. So far A+++ I'm going to recommend this to anyone. Oh and you can even adjust the top rack to fit more on the bottom rack or fit more on the top rack. - Mind Blown!

It doesn't draw a lot of attention to itself, but does an excellent job cleaning and is very easy to use. We have a one-year old, a teenager and two dogs, so it seems like we are running the dishwasher all the time. The best part is that we don't even notice because it is so quiet. Once it starts you don't even know it is on it is so quiet, which is extremely helpful when our baby is sleeping. The only downside is that it is not fingerprint resistant, which means we are constantly having to clean the outside of it. Luckily it is in a place in our kitchen that is not very visible. If you are looking for a reliable dishwasher that looks good, is super quiet and you don't mind seeing fingerprints this would be a good choice.

It also cleans so well and I love the fact it has top controls it has helped save me so much money due to my son being able to turn on and off our other dishwasher due to the controls being in his reach so this dishwasher has been so helpful. I also love the fact it is energy efficient such a great bonus to an awesome dishwasher. I love the inside of it being all stainless also. Has alot of nice washing features. I will definitely be recommending this dishwasher to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original dishwasher was on its last legs and we have been looking for a dishwasher that is quiet, spacious, and affordable. This model delivers all of these requirements: an advanced wash system, 4 wash cycles, delayed start, and touch control. A simple but nifty accessory is the decent sized cutlery basket. We compared numerous models but this Samsung option was value for money with superior features. Our family of 4 fills up the dishwasher daily. It gets to work quietly whilst we sleep, ready for us to unstack in the morning.

I am trying to find out how long we have owned this. I do not think it has even been 5 years. Yestreday I noticed the normal button was flashing fast and it sounds like it is draining/spinning water. It will not shut off unless I turn off the circuit breaker. Not happy

not very quiet. should have got one with utensil holder on door for more room. biggest complaint is dish rack. the tynes that hold plates are way too close. if you are consitantly washing coffee saucers its great. if you have kids and use a lot of bowls and bigger plates you will run it twice a day because of lack of space.

Dishwasher lasted almost 5 years. It never cleaned the dishes well and was consistently saturated. At the 4.5 year mark the normal light started flashing and it kept running and chiming constantly. Even if I tried to shut it off it would not stop until I unplugged it. I inspected and cleaned the filters. Normal light is still flashing. Not worth fixing, I will never buy a Samsung dishwasher and will be looking into other brands.

had this dishwasher since feb 2020 and i think i've only ever been able to do 10 loads with it. it keeps having the same problems not draining or leaking i'm lucky to have gotten geek squad because hopefully i can exchange this out for something better

this is the 1st brand new appliance i have ever had in my 50 years. it worked fine for 14 months than the water pump died. 2 service companies have told me that the part is out of stock and there is no date to replenish. i gave 1 star for the 14 months i actually had use of dishwasher.

installed it 6 months ago and then it all of a sudden stopped working correctly. the drain pump stopped working and since it was 1 year and 25 days past purchase the warranty expired. it was great until it stopped and then found out warranty wouldn't cover the repair.
