SAMSUNG DW80R5060US Black Stainless Steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original dishwasher was on its last legs and we have been looking for a dishwasher that is quiet, spacious, and affordable. This model delivers all of these requirements: an advanced wash system, 4 wash cycles, delayed start, and touch control. A simple but nifty accessory is the decent sized cutlery basket. We compared numerous models but this Samsung option was value for money with superior features. Our family of 4 fills up the dishwasher daily. It gets to work quietly whilst we sleep, ready for us to unstack in the morning.

I am trying to find out how long we have owned this. I do not think it has even been 5 years. Yestreday I noticed the normal button was flashing fast and it sounds like it is draining/spinning water. It will not shut off unless I turn off the circuit breaker. Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little disapointed with this Samsung dishwasher. I'm very unhappy with how easily the stainless steel finish shows fingerprints. I constantly am either putting dishes in or taking them out so the front of the dishwasher is in constant need of wiping. Also the top rack inside of the dishwasher does not seem to hold small bowls or glasses in a very efficient way. There is usually a lot of wasted space due to how the dishes need to be placed. I also notice a musty smell after the dishwasher is used that I never had with my previous brand and it can be quit strong when you need to open the door to unload. The dishwasher is extremely quiet though, and it does get my dishes pretty clean as I would expect. However I have noticed a litlle food sometimes stuck after being washed. I do like that the digital control buttons are hidden on the top of the door. All in all, not very impressed. With the Samsung name, I did expect more of a "Wow" factor, but this is just average to me.

Dishwasher just outside of warranty and now stopped working. Start up has all lights flashing and then errors to normal light and heated dry....checked for leaks underneath and nothing. Can get it run one cycle out of 100 attempts and only after it's set for like a week. Would not recommend this product to anyone

Dishwasher lasted almost 5 years. It never cleaned the dishes well and was consistently saturated. At the 4.5 year mark the normal light started flashing and it kept running and chiming constantly. Even if I tried to shut it off it would not stop until I unplugged it. I inspected and cleaned the filters. Normal light is still flashing. Not worth fixing, I will never buy a Samsung dishwasher and will be looking into other brands.

Racks rust and fall apart within like a year and a half - it's INSANE. The one job of a dishwasher is to wash dishes….you'd think that the racks could withstand water without rusting apart. Trust all the other comments that say this too, do not waste your money on this dishwasher. Not worth it.

Arrived damaged. Since did not come from Walmart store I had to box and send back. They did refund me but lots of hassle. Do not buy any appliance that doesn't come from store. Not worth the small savings.

Dishwasher started failing to drain after a year and stopped draining completely after 2.5 years. The drain pump broke. This machine is cheaply made and unreliable.

Started malfunctioning immediately after the warranty period concluded. I have had multiple repairs done and yet again for the 7th time the machine has failed. I have spent more in repairs than the machine is worth. Absolute trash.

installed it 6 months ago and then it all of a sudden stopped working correctly. the drain pump stopped working and since it was 1 year and 25 days past purchase the warranty expired. it was great until it stopped and then found out warranty wouldn't cover the repair.
