Samsung makes a great phone for a great price. Has all the basics you need. Easy to use, was simple to set up. Got a nice phone case from walmart and we were set. We went with MINT mobile $15 a month plan and are really saving money monthly with switching to this phone.

Dislike the idea that I purchase a phone that didn't come with a charger when did you guys start selling a new phone without a charger

Did not work. Ordered a new phone. But not new as described.

I ordered the 813 they sent to A14 I ordered the 813 case that comes at a later date so now I got to cancel both orders and reorder I don't know why something as simple as this is such a problem

New phone that wasn't used and is dead can't turn on battery dead

This review is not so much about the phone, which likely is fine, but about the seller, who offers unacceptable customer service. After opening the phone package upon receipt, I was dismayed to see that there was not a manual included. I emailed the seller who cryptically replied, "just print it off the Samsung website." Really, 143 pages?! When I replied that this was unacceptable, they simply ignored me. WalMart customer service sent an email on my behalf and they ignored that email as well. To be fair, WalMart customer service is very good and they credited my account a small portion - which I hope they penalize the seller for. Be very cautious when buying from WirelessGlobe!
