NOT unlocked
These phones are being sold as unlocked, but after many hours of frustration and not being able to connect via esim to our cellular provider and contacting Samsung, we discovered that they are locked by AT%26T. I am still trying to get the issue resolved, but want people to know that you may encounter this issue.
