It's disappointed that the color I picked not the one was sent to me. I ordered light blue while it came dark blue

Not Sure
just got this phone today and i have never gotten a box like this, the box is wrinkled and dirty and the package of the phone isnt neat and shiny ,it looks used, this is for my mom im gonna hook it up tomorrow for her and hoping it works fine ill give it a chance but if i see something not right i will be returning.

description says 5G but when phone doesnt say 5G
After receiving this phone, when i goto settings > About phone> it simply shows samsung A15 doesnt show samsung A15 5G therefore returning it

I am disappointed due to low quality mobile
I am very disappointed because I got low quality %26 different colour mobile. I have order blue colour %26 5 G mobile but got 4 G LTE %26 silver colour phone . Therefore, I feel it was lost of money %26 time.
