The first one we received was not unlocked. Took it back to Walmart and they sold us one off the floor for $40 more but had it up and running in 10 minutes. Took the old phone to the return desk and they covered the difference. Love this phone for the price. Better than an iphone if price matters.

Arrived ahead of time. Well packed. Phone was brand new. Easy setup. Thank you. Just purchased the case and screen protector. according to reviews this phones screen is not the Gorilla glass that the S series has. Other than that a great quality phone.

Needed immediate replacement for broken A34. ATT couldn't deliver for at least two days. Walmart had it on my front door in two hours. Good deal. Warning: kinda tiny, hard to use with big fingers but was a great value alontg with same day delivery

phone came without charger, which I thought always came with a phone. Set up was easy. I admit I have many important authentication issues which were all copied and functioned as if it was my old phone. Many new settings included with this phone make it more than just a phone well worth the low price paid.

When I purchased the phone and as of now the Walmart website, is still representing this phone as having wireless charging. When I received the phone there was no markings or literature or settings that I could see regarding wireless charging. I tried it on a wireless charger, and it did not charge. I called Samsung, and they said this model version does not have wireless charging. This is my first up to date phone that wasn't bottom end. The phone itself is the best phone I've ever had and is very satisfactory so far other than not having wireless charging capability. I think I will likely keep the phone even though it doesn't seem to have wireless charging.

It comes with Spanish as the primary language. Unless you know or understand Spanish, you might run into issues putting it into English! The phone is alright once you put it in English (REMEMBER FOLKS - ENGLISH IS THE NATIVE LANGUAGE OF USA). Samsung as so much bloatware that you cannot DELETE or DISABLE!

Do Not Buy this Samsung galaxy A15 it is the worst phone I ever bought it glitches , the screen has a mind of its own it does what it wants not even touching the screen I returned it waiting for a refund never got confirmation of my return but got a receipt saying it was returned .. I had a Samsung galaxy A14 best phone I ever owned But the A15 Samsung galaxy is garbage Junk !! Do Not Buy

This phone is refurbished! It has the T-Mobile logo on it when power up or down. Don't buy. The battery life is terrible and doesn't recharge for hours and doesn't completely go to 100%.

The cellphone arrived in brown box with no packing material at all. No bubble wrap. No peanuts. No paper. Nothing. Electronic items need to be cushioned. Delivery trucks are often hard on boxes. That said item appears to have survived. However, have not had a chance to activate it yet.

Brought for my sister-in-law, who is in a different state. I contacted both the seller and Walmart and even sent the reason code and screenshots. None of us were able to get it activated; then the seller said to take it to prefer provider store and ask for a bring-your-own-device SIM card. Well taken into 3 stores, Cricket, At%26T, and Verizon in Mesa, all say the phone is NOT unlocked and is LOCKED to T-mobile! She is not at all happy, is a waste of money, and her having to deal with this during the passing of her husband.
