downgraded from galaxy s ultra phone (broke screen). its a big difference but above all the quality and functionalities at the A17 price is an extremely good value.

It has great photo dimensions that display fabulous color reproduction as well as motion real life qualities. The light weight design fits perfect in my purse and allows the ease of watching my favorite movies. I also enjoy the multimedia uses like social media contacts. My color of my hone is pink and I think it is so cute and handy. I never leave home without it. The sound improvements are remarkable. My phone connects to my Bluetooth phone speaker and cradle with the ease of a modern piece of equipment. The sound is beautiful. Thank you Kelly Ray Bounds-Varner

Nice phone, responds well/quickly to touch. Something to Note: Models A1_ (16, 17, 18, etc) do not come with Screen Recorder factory installed. For that reason I deduct 1 star and am returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy A17 5G is a good, affordable 5G phone for someone on a tight budget. It works well for everyday use like calls, texting, and watching YouTube. I also use it for puzzle and trivia games, stream music, watch movies with only light issues, and do my schoolwork, and it handles those things fine. It can feel a little laggy at times, but I manage. The battery life is average, lasting about 7–8 hours. It doesn't come with a charger and doesn't have wireless charging, which is a downside. The main camera is fine in good lighting, and the screen is a nice size at 6.7 inches with bright, clear colors. I also like that it has space for a microSD card and offers great software support. Overall, it's a basic phone, not a powerful one. But for the price, I like it, and it works for me.

Its very helpful with all kinds of topics and the Gemini app is officially apart of my home screen! My only issue is how slow it is. My last phone was a couple years old and it was much faster. My apps constantly crash and that becomes annoying. As far as phones go though, it does its job.

I use it to play my mobile games, Very sleek design, camera is crystal clear and sharp, the battery last a long time, but when I play games it lags, don't recommend it for games, but for everyday use it's pretty efficient.

second time Walmart has screwed me on a delivery of a unlocked smart phone I will never order from Walmart online again they get you to order hold your money to gain interest on it but can take it in minutes from your account they suck my Walmart is a joke and I'm canceling it

This is the worst phone I have ever owned in my life. It overheats. It lags, you cannot multi-task on it. And it glitches all the time. I have been pretty faithful to Samsung but this phone is terrible. I have never went out of my way to leave a review on anything other than this phone.
