It's an old phone as expected, but it came looking factory new and had no signs of being refurbished. (Didn't appear as if it had ever been touched since it was made.) It came well protected in a box wrapped in bubble wrap and in another box. for an old phone, it is still amongst the most beautiful. Extremely wonderful and highly recommend!!!

Purchase to replace a J3, has done everything i have needed it to do. So far it's a good phone,battery lasts much longer than one before, very satisfied

I like the cell phone though since. the purchase was because you aré changing your system I feel a larger discount for the new phone would have been more in order

I really like this phone a lot. I had a Samsung J7 Crown and I really liked the size of that, but it was getting so old and I needed something new. I first went with an iphone se (2020) and I really didn't like it at all. Kept it a month and went back to Samsung. This is comparable in size to the J7 Crown and I like the edge to edge screen.

Ive been using this phone for a week now. I upgraded to this from a samsung s6 that was beginning to slow and didnt have expandable storage. This phone is so much better in many ways! The only drawback is the resolution of the screen, but it is nice and bright so it is hardly noticeable. Overall it is definitely worth the price and i am happy with my purchase so far!

I had to buy a phone that had more space, and this was comparable to my old phone. I like the phone. The only thing I don't like is that while it was so easy to turn the phone on using the button at the bottom, this phone has the on button just below the volume control. It's not easily seen, and not easily found. I'd rather have the button at the bottom. But that's my only complaint. The phone is a good one!

This phone has a great camera, 32gb memory which is still not enough. I haven't been getting the reception of data service that my J7 Crown had in the areas where I live & work. It notifies me when I am out of service (no network connection) emergency calls only notifications quite often. I'm a little disappointed in that and have tried resetting & restarting this phone several times. It has a decent size screen and charges fast & holds a charge for over 24 hours with average usage. I would recommend looking for another model phone if you are considering a new phone.

I bought this phone a week ago. It's ok, but the keyboard sucks! Even with auto correct off it still changes nearly All of my words therefore it takes twice as long to type a message since I have to keep changing the words back. Super aggravating! But, it's a phone.

I bought this for a birthday present really needed it for my care. Was excited to get it and didn't notice that it had a crack straight across the top of the phone. Because I can't afford to return it I'm having to use it that way. No other issues with the phone other than it came with that defect.

I wrote a review and you would not publish it. So why are you bothering me again send me a replacement phone for the one that you sent that has a internal crack.
