Samsung Galaxy A36 5G A Series 128GB Unlocked Android Cell Phone with 50MP Camera, Awesome Black

This has turned out to be a real good working phone. The camera takes great pictures. The size of the phone is manageable and the price is best of all for what you get. I was using the A50 series but my experiece with the A53 was truly depressing in that after the last update it stopped taking evening pictures with color distortion. Was promised by Samsung that there was a correction on the way but it never happened. Try this phone you will be pleased with what it can do for the price!!

The Galaxy AI is also very useful for sharpening photos, voice recognition, and camera stabilization. If you are looking for the best performance-per-dollar phone, this is your best bet.

So it's a little slow, but overall it's a great phone as far as my phone service. Galaxy AI is a great thing in my photo's.

I purchased this product for my wife. I was looking for a new unlocked Samsung phone. When i received the phone and started it up the first thing I saw was a Verizon and another Carrier's name later. In all fairness although it was labeled "new" it could have been a new unlocked phone that came from a specific carrier. After setting the phone up and transferring the information from my wife's old phone there was a issue with "Group Chats". We tried to fix through T-Mobile and that did not work so we contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful in trying to get the issue resolved. In the end the seller said we could return it. The return was a bit of a pain since there is a very limited time to return the item. We talked to a Walmart agent and they agreed to accept the return, which was a relief and which we were very grateful for. This taught me when buying a specific item to contact the seller to insure it is what you are expecting.

Counterfeit! This is a locked Tracfone! There's a homemade barcode and number stuck over the real IEMI number. One side of the phone is not sealed. I didn't even bother to open it. I unpeeled the badly printed, scam sticker and called Samsung. The homemade number is not in their system at all. Scam. The number under it is linked to a LOCKED Tracphone and the model number is wrong: SM-S366 A36. The real phone packaging I also bought just in case from Best Buy has a model number of SM-A366U1. The real phone's sticker also has the right color, SKU, IMEI 1 %26 2 AND EID numbers and barcodes clearly printed in black ink that doesn't look like the printer is running out of ink. Even if the seller had opened the phone and rooted it or whatever to "Unlock" it, who knows if they added spyware or malware to it as well. Stay away. Total scam.

When I received the phone, I attempted to upgrade it to the latest Android security software because my company application requires the most recent security compliance. However, the phone was unable to update to the latest version. As a result, I initiated a return and returned the phone to the Walmart store located at 13059 Fair Lakes Pkwy, Fairfax, VA 22033. Despite returning the item, the return status continued to show that the item was still pending. To resolve this issue, I visited the Walmart store in person five times and also contacted customer support five times, but unfortunately no one has taken proper responsibility to resolve the matter. I have neither received my refund nor a clear update on the status. Because of this situation, I have spent several hours following up with different representatives and have still not received a resolution. I am concerned that there may have been negligence during the return item collection process, or possibly another issue, which has resulted in the loss of both my money and valuable time. I am very disappointed, as I never expected this level of irresponsibility from Walmart. It is also frustrating that there does not appear to be an effective complaint resolution system for situations like this.

The description of this phone said it was unlocked. However, when I tried to set it up with my service, the phone was already connected to a service. So, it was not an unlocked phone. Now I have to return the phone. It's quite a hassle. Plus, in order to return the phone, it has to be restored to factory settings. In order to do that, you have to have a sim card to connect to a network and the phone doesn't come with a sim card. The seller is pretty slick.
