That someone there got my debit card card number and tried to use it . It was used in California where the phone came from. I know everyone is not bad but you might want to check your people. Thank God my bank blocked the fraudulent purchases

I purchased this as a new phone but this looks used

its not unlocked! to activate cell, says sim card not from Verizon

I thought I purchased a NEW phone that was unlocked to use on any network.... instead , I get a fefurbished Verizon model .

This product is used, it does not say it in the add online, it is a B class phone which was repaired. I send the box back unopened and mailed the day I received it. I was told by Walmart they would take care of the matter. I have not received any notice of them receiving the phone or refund as of this date, 10/30/23.

NOWHERE on this ad (on the Walmart website) is this phone identified as "USED" or "REFURBISHED"!!! Walmart wants to be like Amazon and allow outside vendors .... OK, fine .... but make them accountable for advertising!!!! THIS IS MISEADING!!!! Both of these entities (Walmart and the Vendor, are liable for this misleading advertisement and product!

I ordered the phone from these guys and After couple of days using the phone i don't like it yes it was a used phone and i returned it as it is intact and secure in front of the staff and they checked everything and after couple of weeks later they recharge me again and they said “ you sent us an empty box with no phone “ although i did returned it and get my receipt and get my refund back. Very very bad experience with them. I will recommend don't buy phone from third party seller.

This is the worst phone I have had in a long time. Finger print reader never works correctly, even without a tempered glass and increased sensitivity setting on. I get multiple screen shots taken while the phone is in my pocket (even with accidental touch protection on). This is the worst setup for taking screenshots. When I try the swipe thing it just adjusts the screen. It also frequently skips songs when in my pocket with I am listening to music. Probably the last Samsung for me. Back to Moto.
