[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this phone in July to replace my aging Galaxy A10e. It outperforms that phone in just about every way. The screen is bigger and higher-quality, it performs better and faster, it has a better battery (more than twice that of the A10e) and the camera are of much better quality. It's not going to be on par with a flagship phone, but it has everything I need and then some. My only gripes on this phone is that it has no headphone jack (I use Bluetooth earbuds almost exclusively now, so it's no big deal for me, but it could still irk some) and it doesn't come with a charger or charging cable, just a sync cable.

Phone has 5000 mah super-fast charging battery that lasts really long and at times I don't have to charge during the day with my moderate usage of phone. Browsing is convenient with really fast speed of 5G. Multi lenses clubbed with intelligent camera enables me to take sharp and clear 64MB pictures.. what else is required in a phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3.5 stars. Screen was nice and bright and the phone feels nice in the hand, but it was too big for me to use comfortably. Mine started lagging a bit so ultimately I returned it. This phone is probably best for people who buy new phones annually and not adults who want something long term or relying on it for work. purposes. I doubt you'd get more than two years of use from it due to lagging.

I'm just not sure how I feel about no wireless charging since they made me have to have wireless headphones. Just seems like if your going to take my head phone options away you should give more options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My honest opinion about using A53 5G. Very durable than Motorola phones. I was suppose to get 128 gb but received less because of pre-installed apps which I cannot uninstall and I don't like that. Sound is good. I would still recommend this phone but Samsung needs to be honest about the gb. Battery is OK but doesn't last all day and that needs more improvement.

In some ways it's a downgrade of the Samsung A52 5G. I believe going from a Snapdragon to Exynos processor was a mistake on Samsung's part. I can't play 4 k content in the YouTube app, I have to use a browser, which is kind of stupid.. Whenever I play Robloxs it runs hot. The keyboard is very buggy. It randomly freezes up then have to wait few seconds. The earbuds that come with it are a joke been better off to get a gift card so I could buy what I wanted. The Sirius 6 months is good. The YouTube two free months offer does not work, and nobody can figure out why. A52 is better hopefully if there is A54, they go back to the Snapdragon processor and fix said issues.

I was extremely surprised at the amount of useless apps that came pre-installed on my new Samsung A53 5G phone. There are so many that they take up 60% of memory running in the background all the time. There aren't options to uninstall most of them nor can you disable a lot of them. Trying to stop them running in the background is frustrating. It's ridiculous and beyond aggravating. This was my first and last Samsung phone.

This phone was good for a total of 2 days..the screen then got 2 big lines on it then 30 days later.the screen popped off while putting on a protective case..I have sent 4 emails to the seller from the time the first line showed up and got no response! Dont waste ur time or money

I purchased this phone with the sole intent to use the dual SIM feature. The phone has a SIM 1 slot and a hybrid SIM2/MicroSD slot. (You can use SIM2 or a MicroSD but not both.) For some reason, Samsung has not activated the SIM2 functionality on US versions of the handset. This is extremely frustrating, I paid for this hardware and to not be able to use it because of software is beyond ridiculous, especially since the US version is more expensive than the international version which I presume does support dual SIM. If Samsung unlocks the feature in a future update I will change my review. As of now, this phone is extremely disappointing.
