nice phone. have to play with it a little..also had to have someone update the software..nice phone..picture quality is ok..but only had the phone for a few weeks and just got it activated

I had an A50 samsung phone for years. Excellent battery life, excellent camera.3.5mm headphone jack. Loved it. Time passed, Got the A50 in 2019. Battery got weaker and weaker. 4000 mah battery was down low by noon. Needed recharged. SOOOO I read about this one. Supposedly 5000 mah battery???. 128g of internal memory. Expandable up to 1tb micro sd. ??? SUPPOSEDLY 5 G ???? The actual telephone connectivity is VERY POOR!!! I take this phone the same locations as the A50 and I HAVE NO SERVICE!!!! SUPPOSEDLY 5G??? NOPE!! I CALL BOLOGNA! This phone has been a giant disappointment . Camera is ok. No better than the A50 from 2019. THE 1TB MMICRO SD IS SOMETIMES SHOWING AS MOUNTED, SOMETIMES NOT?? Ive had samsung phones starting with the S4. This is the first one I have been really disappointed with. I would recommend something else in the samsung lineup. THIS AINT WORKING FOR ME AT ALL!! and Im not a heavy smartphone user. For reference, I am on the straight talk network, for 12 years , using a Verizon sim card. Worked perfectly for years with S4, S5, S7, A50 etc. THIS IS A DUD! Also, if you are considering straight talk as a phone service, RECONSIDER. I recommended them highly for 12 long years, of uninterrupted service. All the time paying with auto pay. I accumulated 19000 points. ( I had 2 phones connected at one time for business use) SOOO when I called to redeem my 19,000 points for a new telephone after they texted me the offer 252 times. 252 TIMES!!!!!!! They took 10000 points from me, GAVE ME NOTHING!!! NO PHONE! NO REWARDS, NOTHING!!! SO I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE THROWN MY MONEY IN THE TRASH!!! Might get a new battery put in my old A50, Might switch to Apple. THIS IS BOLOGNA RIGHT HERE!!!! Learn from my mistake folks, AVOID THIS ONE.

The phone is not packaged as new. Missing items are, USB cables, car charger and wall charger. Send me a replacement NEW package that includes ALL the items and I will return this one.

This particular phone was supposed to come with a bonus of 2 cables, a USB to C and a C to C, a wall box and a car charging plug. The bonus accessories were not included in the package. 😳😤😡🤬
