absolutely obsessed with this phone. i switched from iphone to the A54 and its only been a day but im loving it the camera is AMAZING and everything else to me is a bonus

I had the A16 only paid $100.00 for it. It was a little biger screen not much but a little. I paid $250.00 for this. It is a little smaller and don't do anything better than the A16. i got it for better picture quality and features. But i see absolutely no defference. i feel like i wasted my money.

Phone has many good features for a mid-level Android. UNFORTUNATELY, the support for GPS signal processing is atrocious. The A54 does a horrible job of finding and connecting to GPS satellites for navigation. Can easily test with "Satellite Check" or similar app. Side-by-side comparison with an older Galaxy S20 (same app permissions, versions, and system settings) shows the A54 only recognizes about 1/3 of the available GPS satellites recognized by the S20, and the signal strengths for A54 is less than 1/2 of the S20. This causes the A54 to constantly break GPS satellite lock, so navigation apps (Goo Maps, Waze) don't function properly. Likely a design problem with the inferior Exynos 1380 chipset used in the A54. So if you need GPS navigation, I do NOT recommend buying the Galaxy A54.

it stop working and would not turn on after a month and a half. was ver disappointed in the phone. loved the phone before it stopped working. no one would help me to get it fixed. not Walmart or Samsung. the kept me running around for months. still never got it fixed to this day.

This seller is very deceptive as when asked if a phone will work at optimum speeds on a specific network, they will tell you the phones absolutely will. After being "burned" once by this company, I checked the imei... before opening the box. The representative from my cell phone carrier, I was told this phone would work at 4G LTE at best, even though it's advertised as 5G. It's my experience that this seller unlocks the phone, but are only compatible with the Verizon network. Don't trust this seller or waste your time.

the seller is horrible! read the reviews before you buy ! this phone was still set-up under the previous owners account! absolutely useless! I was under the impression that it was new and factory unlocked. It was not new nor was it unlocked. Just like the reviews said in fact ! I am guilty of not reading those beforehand, I assumed it would be fine. It was supposedly new after all. I bought it off of Wal-Mart.com , it was sold by creo something or other. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A BUSINESS NAMED CREO DISTRIBUTIONS LLC. They are trying to rip you off !!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! I did get my refund today though. Most of the reviews say that they cant get in contact with creo and never get their refund. i emailed them thru the Walmart website, and did get a response that way. I was informed by Walmart that i was to receive my refund and it was deposited the same afternoon. So thank you Walmart for the assist! STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING BY CREO DISTRIBUTIONS !!!!

The listing is deceptive. The device was listed as a StraightTalk phone, but arrived with no SIM card. Other phones listed as such are ready to go. This purchase will require either a 2 week wait for refund or an additional purchase or a sim card.

i don't like the phone! I've had it since January 14th and it will not charge.I have tried to use 4 or 5 other people's charging cables and nothing happens. it will not charge! I'm very disappointed!! My Mom has a Samsung phone and she loves her phone. She has never had a problem with her phone.

when I received it the protector screen was cracked into two places I'm not sure if I can get a refund or not. but I absolutely no that I will never buy from this company or their product that is sure

Sold as new when it was very used. Repackaged with fake seals over the originals, weird black plastic covering the phone, and it wasnt even on the whole way, the inside cardboard box holding the cord was crumpled. Instant return, do not buy.
