I recently started using the Galaxy Book5, and so far it's exceeded my expectations. From multitasking to everyday work and casual use, it handles everything smoothly. The 15.6″ Full HD screen is bright and easy on the eyes — ideal for work,streaming or browsing. I highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 Reasons Why: 1. GALAXY AI on a Computer! I never had a computer with built-in AI capabilities. I never thought I needed one until I have one. The Galaxy AI is a very helpful tool from searching through editing to creating anything. This does not only make things easier but smarter! 2. Crazy Battery Life. On an average work and home usage, I would always charge my previous computers at least twice a day everyday. Sometimes, when I'm teaching, I would have to plug it in to make sure it stays charged. But now that I have Galaxy Book5 Pro, I never have to charge everyday. I can have all my work done and will still have enough to watch a movie at night and it I would often still have about 40-50% of battery. I now usually charge it at least once every 2-3 days. 3. Tablet Option. Since this is a 2 in 1 Laptop/Tablet computer, the option to use just the screen is a first time experience for me, and I am loving it. The option to use just the screen whenever I am presenting and I do not need the keyboard is very useful to me! 4. S-pen Capability. Editing anything using my computer has never been this easier and efficient at the same time. Photo and document editing has never been this good. I can easily screenshot and edit anything I want on the screen. This is is very useful. 5. Seamless Connection. As a teacher, I use my laptop everyday: document processing, presentation. The best part is the quick and seamless connection to my Samsung TV in my classroom.

So far ive been very well pleased with my purchase. Little bit of a learning curve with copilot and for best performance a subscription. With purchasing the subscription im able to get things done very quickly. Research to writing papers to creating study guides. So im very happy with purchase.

I do like this laptop. It's fast, stylish, and responsive. My two big issues with it: 1. Having two settings. Its a bit cumbersome to change Samsung setting and/or Windows setting separately. It would make more sense that Samsung settings live in the Windows OS app. 2. The function keys are not permanently locked. Having to turn the functions on/off is annoying when on Dell or HP, you simply turn the brightness up or down by hitting the key in the top section. With these laptops, I have to hit FN+F12 to then be able to simply adjust settings. Please fix Samsung!!

The screen is a big issue. My 16" Book5 Pro screen spontaneously cracked sitting on my desk. Nothing was even touching it when it happened. Completely unexplainable. Possibly a thermal expansion issue from what I have read online. I just bought it new in December and it was only 4 months old. Still in immaculate condition, never dropped, bumped, or anything.

The screen won't turn on. It's the same thing that happened to the last one i purchased. So i purchased a new one because i couldn't wait for repair since i was traveling. As for this one, since it was still under warranty, I was able to send it back. The tech team said they have to delete everything and factory reset it. I can't get any work done because they are both not working. Depressed and crying!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had this Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 for a year, and the screen has already developed cracks that were not caused by dropping or mishandling the device. The oversized trackpad is also clunky and makes typing and tracking awkward. I would not purchase another Galaxy Book.
