Had these for just over a month now, and no problems whatsoever. I use these for work; can still hear others in the office (which I want) but able to easily listen to my meetings. Other sites had reviews saying they fall out of your ears but I've never experienced this personally. I did a lot of research on these earbuds and the bottom line is this: pay a bit more and get better quality. Pretty simple really...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been with Samsung almost a year now and I have the fold 3, the flip 3, S7 tablet and I even bought the S6 Lite tablet for my grandson. My grandson will get a samsung for his first phone, maybe then he will leave mine alone lol. I have 3 samsung watches 2 sets of earbuds, or i will when i find the find the one that goes to set #2 (right ear) the cat strikes again.

easily connect to samsung devices. calls are clear, music sounds great. wiah they stayed charged longer, but i knew what i was getting.

i wish the case had alittle grip to it. the shiny surface tends to slip

It's sounds good and everything. BUT it was a little suspicious that when I went to pair it to my phone it said "Harold's ear buds" did I buy used ones or what?

These are not noise cancelling, and after having them for 6 months they stop holding a charge and they would just die. Would not recommend you buy them. I am not happy with samsung right now.

sounds good listening to music,,i get complaints people cant hear me when having phone call barely like im far away,,tried all the trouble shooti g with no success.
