Samsung Galaxy Buds+, Cosmic Black

I bought these to replace my Airpods and I was skeptical at first because of the shape but they are surprisingly comfortable and stay in your ears, I changed the wingtips and such and found the perfect fit. The sound quality is good too and the tap feature are so much easier than apple. The special features such as the box, cards and protective case make this worth every penny. Plus, the case let's you download a cool BTS theme. Well done Samsung, I don't miss my Airpods one bit!

Honestly, I could not be more impressed. I got these as a pre-order bonus with my S20 Ultra and the quality is phenomenal! AKG really know what they're doing when it comes to the sound people want, with their music listening experience. I would absolutely recommend these to any music lover! Being a music artist myself and having heard my own music through these things, I was blown away...

Orded them Saturday came today so happy with them, always needing to throw eyephones away as they get connection damage, going to the gym was annoying as my eyephones would get in the way or fall out my ear/would have to carry my phone but with these would be so much easier, they fit in my ear really well haven't properly apart from with music etc. So cant wait to use them but overall im so happy with them

My main reason for purchase was size, there are many buds designed for small ears but they are only catering for the tip which goes into your ear canal. I have small ears in general and the pressure of the outer body of the bud has made my ear ache on other popular brands.. Not these, THEY FIT ! everything else does what it says, fab !

This is the third set I have bought! I liked my pair so much, I bought my wife and son pairs too! The Galaxy Buds+ are definitely much improved over the original Galaxy Buds. The sound is great and the battery life is unbelievable! You can also custom program what happens with the Buds+ if you hold your finger on the outside of the Buds+. For example, I programed my Buds+ to be able to turn my volume up or down. The Buds+ are still relatively small and the don't stick too far put of your ears like most of the other brands do!! Highly recommend!

I was sceptical due to previous disappointing wireless earohones like the airpods so decided to believe the good reviews and buy the Buds+. They're amazing, its comfortable, can't even feel them, they don't move or become loose when you're running or skipping , customisable comfort and even the sounds can be customised using the wearables app or using the equalizer in the Samsung Music app to further tune the sound. SO impressed by these, would highly recommend!

I've been buying Samsung since...well as for as long as I can remember! They haven't failed me yet and I'm excited to try out the new galaxy buds plus. Where to start! I've had them for 2 days and I've been experimenting with everything... First thing I will say...the sound quality is MILES better than my sisters airpods pros and the original galaxy buds. I don't know what samsung has done in this tiny little earbud, but whatever they are doing is working! The bass properly shakes my head and it's got some really nice highs and mids too. I think this year there's some stronger magnets holding the earbuds in the case but nothing that will shock you, they still fall out pretty easily if you hold the case upside down. But when will you ever do that? I've used them for a maximum of 2 hours in one go and they used about 3 percent... 3 percent! How?! You get a nice little animation when you open the case of the earbuds coming out the case with their battery levels showing moments later. Now that you can see the case battery (although you cant see it while wearing the ear buds. I think the buds radio the cases battery level to the phone while they are in the case.) I notice the case drains a little bit faster than I think it should but no biggie considering the earbuds last half a day on their own! I did a test with this...I left them overnight to see how much battery will be drained when they are just sitting idle. The original galaxy buds lost 53%, the buds+ lost about 25. So they definitely have bigger batteries and better management of those batteries. Not done a test on the gaming mode yet but I keep it on to reduce latency not that I noticed any when it was off anyway. I think my favourite feature on these is the fact that you can tap on the edge of the touchpad to increase and decrease volume without changing your touchpad settings first, THAT IS GENIUS. Although I do accidentally activate the ambient mode when taking them out my ears, and then later when I put them back in the ambient mode is on and it whistles in my ear because I'm covering the mics. Speaking of ambient sound mode, it's...well no other word, insane! On the regular buds you didn't get that much volume out of them but on these...well they basically turn into hearing aids if it's on the highest setting. Seriously I wouldn't be wrong calling it super hearing would I? This is all thanks to those 2 outer mics sucking in the sound like a black hole. I forgot I had it on once and scared myself when I sighed. I could hear my watch ticking from almost an arms length away... Call quality is fine. The person on the other end couldn't tell I was using wireless earbuds and they seem to cancel out loads of ambient noise even wind while letting you hear it via ambient mode! And the best part is this doesn't seem to have a massive impact on the battery! Although be aware if you have the ambient mode on extra high and you are walking into the wind, they will defan you! I like the shine this year around, looks really nice especially in black which is the colour I got. Overall these are a no brainer upgrade to airpods or even the first gen galaxy buds, trust me you wont regret it...

I own many Samsung products, I haven't been disappointed as of yet. I haven't used the ambient noise control because the sound quality is that good. But then again I'm nowhere where the noise level is out of control. I will definitely recommend these earbuds to anyone with a Samsung Phone or Electronics.

I received these about a week ago and am still getting used to them. They are paired with my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. These are the 2nd pair of wireless ear buds I've owned, the first being a generic cheap pair, which I enjoyed but which had some shortcomings. I like the Samsung Buds+ because of their size - no long tails sticking down like with Apple earpods or my generic pair. I use them mainly for listening to audiobooks. The sound is okay, but I don't like it as well as my generic pair. However, I am not an audiophile. I like that there's a 'Galaxy Wearable' app on my phone which shows battery life and different settings, plus detailed instructions. I got some complaints when using my generic pair while talking on the phone, and have had no complaints when using the Galaxy Buds+, even when running sink water while talking. I am still getting used to the very touchy touchpad - one is supposed to tap 3 times to rewind a few seconds and that is hard to do - I end up forwarding the play (2 taps) or pausing the play (one tap) when I'm trying to 3-tap for rewind. At least my son set up volume control so if I press and hold the left touchpad, volume turns down, and the reverse for the right touchpad. I don't have such control over the cheap generic pair. I think the cheap generic earbuds have a longer range than the Samsung Buds+. Another problem is adjusting them to fit - the cheap generic ones never fell out of my ears. The Galaxy Buds+ sometimes fall out when I bend my head forward. I'm just waiting for the day when one falls out and is lost or I step on one. They come with 3 extra pairs of 'ear tips' and 'wing tips' (which one is supposed to 'screw' into the ear for a tight fit. It's just finding the right combo for my ears which is tedious. The Buds+ do have a 'Find My Earbuds' feature - I just tried it and a faint sound like a bird cheeping gets gradually louder. Another plus feature is that the case charges wirelessly. I thought I read that the buds are supposed to be water resistant but the app warns about moisture damaging them, etc. In summary, they have a lot of features which all can be read about on the phone app - perhaps requiring more skill and patience than I have.

I purchased these on friday afternoon, after getting home charging and pairing them with my samsung note 10 plus, I couldn't wait to try them out. How disappointing, the sound quality was terrible! There was no discernable difference between any of the ambient sound settings ( it didn't work!). For the price I was glad I purchased online, they were returned for a refund the next day. I've had samsung since the galaxy first launched, always loved the quality, but not sure how they've missed such an opportunity.
