The sound is really great! Battery life is very ideal. Easily paired with my three devices, and its fast to be connected. At first I had problem with placing the earbuds in my ears because its shape is unusual, but after I got it right, they fit nicely in my ears, and surprisingly comfortable than my other earbuds. Samsung should have come up with a short video showing how to put the earbuds in our ears. ...if the price is cheaper, strategy wise, I believe it can beat many other branded earbuds out there in the market.

Packaging was a little weird for galaxy buds because the bag was pretty big with no protection but otherwise the lives were great, they came in brand new condition. They are really comfortable for all day use and last for a while. When you wear both buds it feels and sounds so nice and clear. I highly recommend these.

I like these a lot. Amazing sound quality for wireless earbuds. Battery life seems to be as advertised. Call quality is good. These are so comfortable that I could wear them all day. They easily connect to my pc as well. I think the main thing which would make people like, or not like, these earbuds is the fact that they don't block outside sound. They don't plug your ear like other earbuds (this adds to the comfort imo) so you can be more aware of your surroundings. Some people may not like that it doesn't block out sound. Also, like other reviews have mentioned, the "active noise canceling" pretty much does nothing, but you can turn it off. Being a one-size-fits-all design, ear shape could play a factor in comfort, but I'm sure some of the negative reviews that say these are uncomfortable are from people who didn't wear these correctly. The reason I am saying this is because I didn't wear them correctly at first. I actually thought about returning them until one day I randomly adjusted them to the correct position. Some other reviewers online also said they were wearing these wrong at first. You should try turning them to be more vertical, pushing the top part (which is where the pads are) upwards into the top of your ear. Or in other words, turn them so the speaker is farther away from your ear canal. Don't push them down into your ear, where the speaker is as close as possible to your ear canal. They look like they are sitting in your ear more horizontally this way. I have seen some reviewer photos (some even 5 star reviews) with people wearing them the "wrong" way. Maybe depending on your ear shape, wearing them this way works fine. But when I originally wore them this way, they weren't as comfortable, and for some reason the right earbud wasn't as loud as the left.

Great design for the Galaxy buds live When listen music and watch video with Galaxy buds live, the sound is good, low bass very nice. When i use wechat for chatting, the voice i talk by recording of Galaxy buds live when start few second is loud, after that will become very soft, not compatible with chatting app when record the my voice for chatting. Noice cancellation feature still need improve, not my expected level.

These are the best pair of earbuds that I've ever bought. I would suggest these to any Samsung phone owner. We'll work the money.

got these for my wife to go with her samsung note20 ultra. she's very pleased with the way they look and the way they work. active noise cancelation is a good design improvement from passive nc of buds and buds+ since you can still choose whether you want to hear what's going on around you or not.

Awesome features, bass when ANC is on is good. Just not very comfortable on my ear as the big bean size does not fit my ear. Less one star on it!

i love these earbuds. they are beautifully crafted. when i put them in, i almost forget i have them in. they just feel so comfortable and ergonomic. and the sound quality is amazing. i rate them 4/5 stars only because whenever i do adjust them in my ear, i will accidentally pause/play the content i'm listening to. it is slightly annoying, but only slightly. also, the noise cancellation could be better. however, i didn't purchase these buds for that reason alone.

Sadly disappointing after one month of use. The quality of sound is great, but the max volume isn't very high. I can't be more than 10 feet from my laptop or they start cutting out. The ambient sound mode, which is the feature I bought these for, doesn't seem to do anything... it's very very low ambient sound, you have to really pay attention to notice a difference, and I wanted real ambient sound where I can still hear everything around me, like my kids. The noise canceling mode, which I have also tried, only seems to work when something like a fan is blowing directly on the mic... then it cancels out the sound, but not otherwise. So regardless of what mode they are in, outside sound is loud enough to be bothersome, but too quiet to actually discern what someone talking to you is saying. They are painful to wear for more than an hour because they are one size but they rarely slip out of place. I do love the app and the new sound enhancement feature and though they aren't loud enough, the sound quality is great. I prefer my Jaybee Fireflies or my Bluez 2s by Aftershock. I just expected better from Samsung, especially for the price.

These are very comfortable buds, the only kind my husband has used for almost 5 years. He won't use any other because the ergonomic bean design is so comfortable. The first pair seemed fine but he traveled a lot and sometimes he would sound like a robot or like he's under water. We just thought he was driving through a bad area. He got a new set a little over a year ago and now at his job he's in an office so he isn't traveling but 5-10 minutes into a conversation I can't hear anything. It's worse... it's silence and I'll just hear blup blurt blup... noises that are not making words. I have to tell him "can't hear you again" and he has to turn them off and back on. Usually 3-5 times in a 1 hour lunch break. He's tried everything suggested online to fix it but it didn't work. Plus any background noise around him is aggressively loud on my end to the point I'm yelling to talk because I think he can't hear me but in his end he says it isn't even that loud. Cars driving by sound like an airplane taking off. The first set didn't do that, it blocked out background. Very expensive to deal with these issues. Won't buy a 3rd time.
