sound is amazing came from galaxy buds the jelly beans fiit beautiful in my ear these are not as amazing fit and decreat as the previous ones but sounds amazing and getting used to the fit and the noise canceling and being able to dim in conversations was surprisingly good
fit my ears nice and there are really good if you have the buds 2 pro and yes its a big upgrade butif you have the buds 3 pro I would wait for the 5 pro later on
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superior sound quality! However they will exceed your expectations of any wireless phones or buds. Where you go, the Galaxy AI is always with you! Walking down the street listening to music, run into someone who doesn't speak your language??? No worries this product has your back, with in ear translations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the new Buds Pro4 with my new Galaxy S26 Ultra. As someone who is upgrading from the Buds Pro3, I'm here to say this upgrade IS worth it!! I always had issue with my Buds Pro3 with interference and static constantly that distorted sound quality and made things sound tinny. The Buds Pro3 also never provided a comfortable fit no matter the earpiece, and could only wear for short time before painful. The new Buds Pro4 solved literally ALLL of that!!! Absolutely incredible and robust sound from listening to music, watching movies, or making calls- no more static. Crisp, clear fail proof sound!! They revamped the ergonomics and the fit is now incredibly comfortable and feels natural/unnoticeable for extended sessions!! Super fast charging and extended battery life. All around, these Buds Pro4 are well worth the upgrade and splurge. If you are coming from Buds earlier models and nervous if thevupgrade is actually worth it... it absolutely IS!! Well done Samsung!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't stopped using them since the day they arrived; they are super comfortable and lightweight. Considering all the high-tech features and options they pack, they are incredibly light and don't cause fatigue—unlike other brands that start making your ears hurt after just two hours. Plus, they stay securely in place while running, and the new built-in functions—like Galaxy AI—are amazing. I was truly impressed; they are easily the best on the market right now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds4 Pro have been great for everyday use, especially for music, schoolwork, videos, and workouts. The sound is clear and balanced, with strong bass that does not overpower vocals. Active noise cancellation works well in louder places, while ambient mode makes it easy to hear people without removing the earbuds. They fit comfortably and stay secure, even when I am moving around. The controls are responsive, and switching between Samsung devices feels quick and smooth. Call quality is also clear, and the battery lasts long enough for a full day of normal use. Galaxy AI features are useful and make the earbuds feel more connected to the rest of the Samsung ecosystem. Overall, the Buds4 Pro are comfortable, reliable, and one of the best choices for someone who already uses a Galaxy phone.
the functionality is great. but you must be comfortable with something in your ear all the time. I found it to be a little uncomfortable so I'm returning them. but if you love Samsung earbuds.. trust me this is the one you want to buy! they're freaking awesome. I wish I didn't find them so uncomfortable, otherwise I'd keep them. if I can't find better ones I'm going to rebuy a set just like this one. they're that great I
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds4 Pro are great in sound quality and durability but I feel the Buds3 Pro were better with connectivity, noise cancelations and button press (on the buds). Also they don't connect with smartthings which is kind of a let down. Overall they're good ear buds but not as good as the Buds3 Pro. The use of Galaxy AI through the ear buds for a live translator is nice.
I bought the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro a little over a month ago. For the first couple of weeks, everything worked fine, but a few weeks later I started having serious issues during phone calls. When I make or answer calls, people on the other side often cannot hear me clearly. If I'm outside or in the car with the A/C on, they complain that my voice cuts out, sounds far away, or they can barely hear me at all. This makes the earbuds almost useless for calls. For a premium product, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better microphone and call performance. At this point, it feels like a complete waste of money.
I have 2 pairs of Galaxy Buds3 Pro and 1 pair of Galaxy Buds4 Pro for convenience purposes. The Buds3 Pro have been great and are still performing great. I love the functionality and capabilities of the Buds4 Pro but they do not hold a charge. I'd charge up all my buds (Buds3 & Buds4), use the Buds4 for one hour with plenty of charge left over, put them back in the case, and the next time I go to use them both the case and the Buds4 are dead. My Buds3 Pro does not discharge and remains at nearly 100% battery. Either these are defective Buds or Samsung got cheap and cut some corners. I've put in a service request and hoping for resolute, otherwise I'll be returning them.
