Superior earbuds, I've owned every iteration of Samsung buds, much improved over buds pro 3, they never stayed in my esr no matter what ear tip I used. These have amazing spunds and comfort, battery is better than last generation. Only issue with these is they're not as loud as the buds pro 3 which kinda stinks but still worth every penny.

It didn't come with extra silicone ear tips or the manual. Its odd that it doesn't come with the USB either. Bose earbuds come with a lot of accessories

bugs galore. I feel like every time a new generation of the Pro series comes out it's a step down from the previous and I've had all four generations. I like to listen to my music loud but with every generation the maximum volume decreases along with the bass. My biggest gripe right now is just the fact that they don't work for phone calls. I have a Galaxy s23 ultra and when I try to make phone calls, half the time no audio in my earbuds. If I play a video that's in my photo gallery no audio out of my earbuds But I get sound when playing Pandora and no, separate audio sound is not turned on. The noise canceling is absolutely abysmal. I can have it set to tie setting and I will still hear everything perfectly fine outside. It drops out of noise canceling to ambient with the move of your head. I'm half tempted to send them back. In fact when I got the 3 Pro I traded in my 2 pros and regretted that decision. This time around I kept my 3s and bought the 4 Pro. Good thing I did because I'm getting sick and tired of these. seriously? Why is it that when I place a phone call they work less than half the time. No amount of disconnecting the Bluetooth reconnecting or restarting the phone or toggling between these and speakerphone or anything will fix the issue.

As someone who owned multiple pairs of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, it's nice to see that Samsung improved the design of headphones to feel more premium. Sound, battery life, and wearability have been modestly upgraded. My biggest complaint so far is the touch controls. Horrendous. Adjusting the volume is incredibly difficult and finnicky.

Good bass, excellent noise reduction for speaking on the phone or watching videos also listening to music. This is what I've been expecting from Samsung since the first Galaxy Buds. They pair perfectly with my S 26 Ultra for using my AI features. I am extremely satisfied with this product and don't see how they could improve them. They look great, sound better, are so comfortable that you forget they are in.

It's a good sounding ear piece, but they are too big and fall out. If you are looking for a good esr piece go with the pro 3 ear buds. They fit prefect and don't fall out. The quality oft sound is good. Nose cancelation is good. It's the fit that discourages me. Im going to go back to the pro 3 buds and sell the pro 4 buds.

The product was promising but ended up being a big disappointment. I bought it because of the alleged voice focus feature with the improved microphones to separate my background from my active voice. Instead, I am creeping around and can't have any sounds playing in my background because the other person on the call will hear and complains that it has streaking sounds or it sounds like rain. This is very frustrating, since the other qualities of the buds are good, but I really wanted a voice focus feature that could at least adequately block out my background. Even if a single car is driving past in the distance they can hear. Basically, it was promising but ended up being a big disappointment, especially for the price point at which i bought them for. Would not recommend if you need your background blocked out while on calls.
