Note 20 overheats sadly

Rose April 15, 2026

It started overheating immediately when charging. I don't want to have problems further so I am returning it.! Sorry to the seller but I cannot keep a phone that overheats when i intentionally keep it out of the sun and in a cool spot and turn off all the notifications.

Could be a Little Better

mart1104 August 10, 2021

Decided to have a change from the S Series as had the S9 plus, Always liked both phones as the years went by as time change, Only thing that is a little off putting is that from the S9 Plus all the phones have got less features as the Note 20 Ultra is a great device as it still has the SD card slot, But would have been better if they kept the LED notification light and the headphone jack, as the battery isn't bad as it really depends of what you use and watch on the device, and the latest phones seen to be more of like a standard kind as all they seem to change is the camera all the time, But if no note 21 ultra with no SD card slot built in, Sorry but will never buy a Samsung phone again until they bring back the SD card slot, as it seem is Samsung are loosing there crown as everything is now loosing it touch of style and specially it features,

First let me give the Pros'. The phone came in a very good condition, the camera quality is excellent, love Samsung products but the con is that I ordered an unlocked phone and my mobile data never worked. Mobile data never came on, I had full service but to say use internet other than Wi-Fi it never worked. I rebooted the phone, I brought it to the local stores so i could have it fixed, they all said the same thing they can't assist me, suggesting the phone has a glitch. I am an international buy and it's expensive to have it sent back, so I had to consider this as a loss.

So i just got this phone a few days ago, havent dropped it or anytbing but i glitches very often, its like the screen shifts over and it messes up the color when it does that. its very annoying and i basically went from one broken phone to another broken one. I updated it, restarted it and that didnt help. the only way i can get it to go away is shutting off my phone and turning it back on

Poor, poor, poor! Awful camera

Dj1ceman August 25, 2025

Camera is awful, very poor auto focus with both close up and distance photographs. Had a much better camera on my older Samsung! Will be changing manufacturers on my next phone purchase.

I purchased the galexy note 20 from CREO DISTRIBUTIONS. The phone looked great. I took it to Tmobile and was told that the phone was still active by someone else?! I was told by CREO DISTRIBUTIONS that all i had to do was put my sim card in the phone and it will work. No, thats not the case. Sadly, i had to return the phone a few days ago. Im still waiting for a reply to recieve my refund. Big inconvenience.

horrible experience. bought as Christmas gift to loved one in Canada. it was defective, not charging and I had to wait to see them again to collect phone and return, since we could not mail from Canada. had no idea it was from 3rd party seller Creo distribution. They have refused to be helpful...hiding behind 30 days. worst experience with gift item

Season August 5, 2025

Never worked. Absolute nightmare from Walmart Family mobile lost. Never trust this company they will take your money and leave you with nothing working and you're helpless bc their technical support team is in a foreign country and they do not understand our language and the language barrier makes them very rude to the customers who need help. You spends essentially hours and days on the phone with them and they just repeat the same things and do not listen to you

Great phone yet the worst phone like ever!

Haf11 September 15, 2020

Phone amazing, was so excited to get it, but tired out my cousins one before putting up a ridiculous amount of money which i was will to put up. I had it for 1 day. Only to find out we got the worse chipset in the UK which which i take offence to, Can't empasise how offensive it is to charge someone these sums in different countries claiming its the same product but its not, they should call the UK one Note 20 lite. What a CON. Also the phone charges really slow compared to the Huawei I have right now, Actually probably slowing charge i think there is on any phone right now. Talking of battery it doesn't even last all day and think it overheats. OMG how desperate I was to move back to Samsung only to be disappointed like this! Rest of the stuff was unreal!
