I didn't feel as if I were taking a huge chance with ordering a "New" phone on Wal-Mart.com. I was right to order a new phone with them. I received an Unlocked, Brand New (factory sealed) Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus, with no ussues. They Sent it with Signature Required, which was appreciated, but when I opened the phone, I breathed a huge sigh of relief, because the phone came with the Gorilla Glass case that Samsung outfits this model with. The telling tale that you also have with a factory new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus, is that the phone comes with factory applied screen protectors . . . on the front, back, top and bottom utility/speaker panels. I've learned that the front and back screen protectors are INVALUABLE. The last Note 10 Plus I had purchased came with them, and stupidly, I removed them when I discovered that they were there. They are pretty much undetectable, but once removed, you cannot place them back on. Other Screen Protectors cannot match the surface protection that the factory installed protectors, offer. They seem scratch-proof, your fingers glide over them like fingers covered in soapy water. The phone accepted all my files, contacts, and bookmarks from my previous Note 10 Plus, which is yet another proof that this was a legite Note 10 Plus. It required me to use the Smart Switch program in order to transfer all of it. So Wal-Mart really came through for me. I had found other listings online for this phone model, but the low and cheap prices, along with the questionable websites, made me wary that I would be ripped-off, so I was glad to pay a legite price for a legite phone. The Note 10 Plus is a phone that is worth getting legitimately. And Wal-Mart.com deserves the five star rating I can give, because I have a brand new, and solid Galaxy Note 10 Plus again, after having a broken one with no workable ear speaker, and a craked front screen, and shattered back plate. Not to mention that EVERY Verizon Store I checked with, who ALL greedily tried to sell me a new piece of junk phone (for another payment contract), claimed they had no New Copies of this model to sell me. They also claimed the tech to be too out of date . . . it's only three years old, and has a few more years of program life, left in it on the market! So after not being able to find legitimate Brand New copies of this model ANYWHERE else, I was all to happy to give Wal-Mart.com a whirl.
recived on time and in great shape, it was what I ordered and working fine so far.
Excelente product, I give to my mom like a Mother's Day present. She loved
I am rather disappointed in this Samung Galaxy Note 10 ; and I've been a Samsung phone user for a long time [this is my 4th or 5th one]. The screen goes completely black, when trying to watch a video in "full screen", the battery life is pitiful, and I not a fan of the AI feature - I disabled it. it does have the storage I needed; so this phone will do for now.
I was a dumb one I kept this phone for 8 months in the Box never bother to use it until now May 2026 it takes over an hour if not more to charge fully it will shut off on me they labeled it as new when I didn't realize it this phone is can't be new because this phone came out in 2019
calls - all the people on the other line receiving feedback. They don't understand our conversations. pen - always unconnected. I want replacement.
The phone was not unlocked.
The darn thing won't work with my service and now I have to return it
to hard to figure and buttons on left im right handed.
this phone came with an associated number AND CANT BE USED. SCAM!!!!
