This appears to be a good phone, but I returned it because it is a refurbished phone despite no mention of that on the website. It is not unlocked nor does it contain a VIN card. Individuals cannot set up this phone until a VIN card is acquired by a Sprint Provider. And now that Sprint has become T-Mobile, it can be difficult to find a Sprint VIN card.
Phone was labeled as unlocked but when I got it it was locked by sprint. Been without a phone for over a week now because of no one being able to help
