1st phone i bought from a walmart 3rd party seller was a flop, phone looked like it came from a garbage can, and the data was corrupted, even the promised 'samsung charger' was a generic.. it took almost 3 weeks to get a refund.. Then I came across this seller and had the greatest shopping experience ever from a walmart 3rd party seller.. Phone showed up very fast and looking brand new, no scratches or scuffs, easily hooked up to my service with no issues and all the extras were actually in the box, including a samsung charger! If you are looking for a used phone, this is the place to buy from! A

The phone met the description in the advertisement.

Phone in good condition except that the phone is not perfectly flat and has a bend that makes inserting the sim card tray nearly impossible with the sd card slot populated. sim tray also bent.

The phone itself would have been ok but when I did a phone diagnostic it stated that the battery was weak and the proximity was not working 😕. In the description it said the phone was tested and in excellent condition. sending it back

The description was WAY off on this phone. It stated it was in excellent condition and that's definitely not the case. There's 2 little icons that looks burnt into the bottom of the screen really faint. There are multiple scratch marks on the phone itself.

The screen is a nice size and i was happy that this model let's you add a micro SD card. But the thing that's missing is, there's no pen option like the other models.

This phone was very much used, scratched and scraped. I cannot believe this could even be sold with "The Condition: New". Lies are good for no one, in the end. God Bless!

Item was returned to Wal-Mart Supercenter on August 26th, I was given a receipt. Worst seller ever!

SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE NOT IT CONDITON DESCRIBED AT ALL. CAMERA DOESNT EVEN WORK. CRACK OR SCRATCH STRAIGHT THROUGH CAMERA LENS NOT THAT IT WORKS ANYWAYS. BE AWARE DONT BUY

I bought an unlocked phone and the phone is locked. Verizon states they will not unlock the phone because there is a balance still due for the IMEI number. This is supposed to be an unlocked phone.
