Very nice and easy to use. I am very happy with this phone. It is much better than my old LG phone that I had previously owned.

I absolutely love this new phone! The video is awesome!

so far I have no real complaints other than the fact that it does not have a headphone jack for aux cords or headphones

Overall good phone, after years of LG's it's taking some getting used to. Would e rated the value better if US Cellular could keep the higher capacity models in stock. None were available from any store in Maine nor the call center.

My last phone was a Motorola and it lasted me 5 years. Before that, I'd only had Samsungs but they'd only last about a year. I really wanted another Motorola but they haven't made new Z2 Forces in a while so I went back to Samaung. I love the camera and am still figuring out all its features. There are some features I like, for instance, how large I can make the font. There are some features I don't like, for instance, the calendar. It does have a lot of the same accessability features I'm used to, which is good because I'm legally blind. I can't speak to the longevity and am reserving final judgement until this phone lasts as long as my old phone

Camera is nothing special (or I don't know how to use it?) Won't play my WMA files, so I have to rip 400 CD's into a format it can handle 5G? What 5G? This is USCELL and they have never heard of 5G. No Head Phone Jack and the new Samsung Pro Buds fall out of my ears unlike the old ones.

This phone may have an amazing camera but that's the only thing it has going for it. I finally decided it was time to replace my trusty old S7 because it was getting a little too glitchy and it started spontaneously restarting 1-3 times per day. The S21 takes glitchy to a whole new level with apps like the camera, gmail, Facebook, Slack ceasing to work frequently and it spontaneously restarts countless times a day, sometimes multiple times in a row! Not to mention the times I have to restart it intentionally because my apps stop working.

Still horrible reception, dropped calls, no network most if the time. So much for this great 5g

The Samsung S21 does not work in central NH as well my old S8 did while in the same locations

The screen is scratched up. The product description did not mention that it was a used phone. Not happy with the item at all.
