SAMSUNG Galaxy S21+ 5G G996U 128GB GSM/CDMA Unlocked Android Smartphone, Phantom Violet

I upgraded my Samsung Galaxy from a 2021 inexpensive Galaxy A03's to a new Galaxy S21 plus. The S21 does circles around my old phone. Phone came sealed in factory box, quickly and undamaged. Very happy with purchase and would recommend seller to friends %26 family.

the phone seem like a good phone, but I could not find Wi-Fi calling at all on it and had my provider look and help me but we still could not find a turn off button for the Wi-Fi calling or a turn on button. also the battery seem to die fairly quick and it did not get good cell signal in my area so I am returning it.

I had very bad experience in this purchase, I asked for a specific color and they sent me the wrong color, in addition the phone did not look new, striped wine, the box where the phone arrived was a conventional box, nor did phone brand bring the box... bad experience even for the return.

Ordered NEW Samsung phone from Walmart rather than from Samsung because I trusted Walmart more than Samsung if anything went wrong. After MANY hours with Samsung Support trying to figure out why it wouldn't boot up, Samsung Support agreed it was defective. No apology. Solution: "Return it" Requested REFUND from Walmart who now demands it be returned to store. I cannot physically get to store. I offered to pay shipping with return authorization. WALMART INSISTS IT BE DROPPED OFF AT STORE. So much for trusting Walmart.

This product is in terrible physical condition. Came in a box that had a description of a phone I didn't order. Upon opening the box it was a scratched and obviously damaged phone that looked like someone let their child play with it before returning. I am very displeased with this item. I requested a refund and a return label. This is garbage.

Scam, not new, not unlocked. No charger. Received 3 hours ago. Will be returning today. Stay away from this seller!

I didn't know that this phone did not have a SD card slot and on top of that the phone is not even unlocked wish I can get my money back.

AWFUL, AVOID THE SCAM! I looked for days for this style of phone for so long but NEW, not refurbished, renewed,refreshed, not re-ANYTHING! I wanted it NEW. Finally found this one, gets down to 1 left in my color so I buy it at a higher rate than all the ones listed " renewed" from same company. It arrives, cannot wait! Open package to a flat white cardboard box that says "fold to return" (?)...phone is loose, not wrapped, not sealed but sitting in an open small bubble wrap thing, and only half the phone fits inside of it! No cellphone box,not even generic,I look at the phone and my heart drops as I see corrosion on top, where camera metal is, SCRATCHED badly on top, sides and bottom, someone used this phone ALOT! Small dent and I didn't bother turning it on or anything further, as it was definitely not NEW. I was so far past disappointed, it is USED! SCRATCHED, BEAT UP AND I AM OUTRAGED! Packed it right back up , called for help on a refund with this 3rd party seller. If you want a refurbished phone THIS is the company you need as that is ALL THEY SELL AND LIST FALSELY THAT HIGHER PRICED ITEMS ARE NEW.
